I live in a rural community and it is sometimes hard to find companies that will provide service in my area. I called because the drain underneath my air handler was blocked and the condensation from my A/C was pooling in my basement floor. Within 2 hours Scott was on his way, fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately we had a partial blockage in one of our drainage pipes and we needed some help. I contacted them and was initially told someone will be out in 4 hours. They arrived in 1 hour and were very professional and helpful. They fixed the blockage and had another worker come out to put a camera in the line to make sure there were no other issues. The cost was very reasonable and got the job done in a short period of time. I will gladly use them again.

They helped identify some damaged pipes caused by some shady AT&T contractors that fractured a pipe, resulting in not having running toilets or showers for 2 days. They were vigilant by contacting both the city worksand utility company, so very good advocate for their customers. Still hoping for resolution, but that is on AT&T, not roto-rooter.

Fabulous experience. We had a plumbing problem overnight - dispatch picked up the phone after midnight and got us scheduled. Our technician was early (and we got a call letting us know he was enroute). Technician was friendly and fun. He diagnosed immediately and made me feel comfortable fast. We talked about how it was going to be fixed, how it all worked, and what it was going to cost. Then it got done, fast. Just perfect. Made a stressful situation in our new home feel like no big deal. We had a pipe burst due to the prolonged unseasonably cold weather. We called several plumbers and were told we would be put on list, but it would like be 2-5 days before someone could get out to our home. Then I called Roto-Rooter. They indicated they could get someone out within four hours. Alleluia! True to their word Jonathan arrived within four hours. He was so kind, professional and efficient. He found the hole quickly and though he had to make a trip to the hardware store for a part, he was able to fix the pipe and get our water back on. We were very impressed that Roto-Rooter was able to get out so quickly and fix the problem. Jonathan was fabulous and we will definitely be looking to Roto-Rooter for any of our future plumbing needs!

Had a backup our main line that was causing toilets to backup and all sorts of not great things to happen. Called Roto-Rooter at like 5:30pm on a Wednesday to set an appt for someone to come out within 2 hours. They called back 20mins later and had a plumber on his way. Nathan was courteous and helpful. We have Roto-Rooter out once a year to snake-out our line to the public sewer. It precludes backups — sort of “preventative maintenance.”
