It was my first time filing taxes and I decided to go to liberty tax. the workers here are EXTREMELY professional. my taxes were filed with great accuracy and every step of the process was explained with detail. I would definitely come here again.

The slowest taxi I can think of I was 30 minutes late to work and they left me waiting 7 of them past right in front of my house and still didn’t stop and I’m still waiting on one to pick me up cause I’m still not at😡😡😡

These people have REALLY BAD service. I filed my taxes last year and never received it. So I went back this year to do it again. After 4 months of waiting, they still dont have it. I try to call them but they never pick up the damn phone. They really suck at this job. I wouldnt recommend anyone to file taxes with these people!!

Worst place EVER! If you want your taxes done right then DO NOT come here. I had my taxes done over 3 weeks ago and they were done completely WRONG! These people have screwed my life up with the IRS. Telling me they filed my business taxes but never did, generated FAKE forms not to mention rolled over my business losses on my personal return without filing the business taxes. Now I am stuck to fix this. Paid over $400 to these people and I cant even get a call back from the manager???? I want a refund so I can have my taxes fixed by professionals. Stay far away from this place.

Not recommended, they file your taxes wrong and they also false advertise saying youll get 50$ for filling with them, then when you file they say they filed your returns for free so you dont qualify for the 50$ but when you get your returns it says they charged 90$ to file.. Worst place ever, do not ever come here not even if its the last place in the world.. If half a star was available I would of rated it that..
