Katie Massey is the best! Shes smart, professional, efficient, witty, caring, funny and kind. She also really knows her stuff and gave me some good advice when she did my taxes today. Highly recommend her!

Randy has been doing my taxes for both my household and my small consulting business since 1988. From the first time we met him, we loved his honesty, outgoing personality, excellent sense of humor and deep knowledge of accounting. Since we first began working with Randy 27 years ago, multiple members of our family have signed on as clients and have remained with him. I cant recommend Randy Kahn highly enough.

Do not use these accountants. I am a new small business owner and was looking for a firm to file my first year of business taxes. Their customer service was abysmal, sometimes taking two weeks or more to respond to an email or phone call. When I received the invoice for their services, the business taxes were more than four times the cost I discussed with them. To top it all off, my name was misspelled on every document they completed. When I went in to discuss these issues with them, the owner apologized for the error, agreed to give me a refund, and even offered to fix the misspelling in my name so I could file the documents. I had misgivings about this and decided to ask a friend, who has a Master of Laws in tax law, to review the documents. She took one look at them and advised me not to file them. Not only did the owner only fix my name on the cover sheet of my taxes, he also put a flag on them to indicate that the IRS should call him regarding my taxes. As for the rest of it, she described the business filing as amateurish, at best, and told me they had charged me far more than she would ever charge a client for the services they provided—which is really saying something considering her firm is in the Financial District in Manhattan, New York.

Marilyn and Randy are so professional and great to work with. They dont judge, they just look out for you and help you understand the process. I will never go anywhere else. We have very complicated tax items and they are not phased in the least. SUPERIOR!!

Absolute terrible service.. Told me that if he was 30, had a case of beer, and Harley he would help... What a professional... Would not recommend since I used him before and now the IRS is still taxing me after he filed returns through turbo tax. Evidence to prove it... Do not use this company.

Very uninterested in customer service for individuals. I had a single meeting with my tax preparer and was told to pick up my completed information from the secretary.I was also assessed a communications fee for what I can only assume was a single email I received requesting additional information.Perhaps I couldve overlooked this except that they misspelled my name AND my address on my tax return which would be bad enough except it was written correctly on literally every document I gave them.In short, poor quality of work and poor customer service.

Randy has been doing my taxes over 32 years and my families for even longer!I wont go anyplace else!
