Although they dont accept walk-ins, all info can be put in the drop box at the corner of the property.

My experience in this building was top stars! ! Staff extremely professional and had experience! ! No ones first day! I was treated with the up most respect and dignity! Very impressed which helped take a lot of stress and anxiety out of the situation.

This is a scary place.. Underpaid workers and young blood that is only working on text book knowledge. This place will get the best of you if you let it

They are having trouble or something. The wait to even be seen in person is hours! While your waiting they cant tell you how long it will be. I was there for an hour and still had someone im front of me. So i had to leave since i had another errand to run. Disappointing its so hard to see someone in person.

I wont go into too much detail, but: DCF have shown themselves to be incompetent at removing a child from a bad home situation to me and my family. And all because the birth mother labeled the child as a runaway, he wasnt listened to by the case worker, and neither were we. They willingly placed a child back into harms way despite our- and his- telling them of this fact. And whats more, when we filed a complaint against the birth mother to expose the many reasons she shouldnt be allowed to raise a child, we never got a response.

The wait to see a worker is absolutely ridiculous and inhumane the minimum wait time is 3 hrs and if its gets to late they may not even see you. Its inhumane because you are sitting in hard plastic chairs with a television that repeats the same health and wellness information over and over. If you have to bring your children there is absolutely nothing to keep them entertained no toys nothing. Then when you are seen the workers seem exhausted over worked and under paid. I have never been there and have been seen in under 2hrs. Its sad honestly and needs to change

The receptionist (kitty) is one of the most helpful people Ive ever met.

Their voc rehab program is awful. No support at all. Lady insulted my intelligence and told me to go apply to be a barista. She told me I may have a learning disability...when in fact I havent taken a math class in over 20 years. Very insulting. Not recommended. I will look elsewhere for college tuition assistance and/or pay for it myself.

Worst excuse for the word help Ive ever seen. Thanks for barely anything. Hopefully I dont starve to death..

The wait time is extremely long. The phone says agents are the to talk till 3 and from personal experience thats a lie. Do not use their email to submit stuff.
