Anyone contemplating starting your own business should take a page out of Kellis book...she goes out of her way to put her customers first!! After a brief phone call, she knew exactly what was wrong with my 20+ year old Kenmore and had my machine serviced within 5 days. Although Kelli offered to pick up & deliver (at no charge!), I made the short, easy drive from northwest Olathe to east Lawrence. She is VERY reasonably priced and I will definitely take my newer machine to her for servicing as well.

Kelly is just an amazing person. She did a wonderful job fixing my machine and she was fast. I would recommend her to anyone.
