Worst place to work micromanagement carlos.en Jon worst people ever

Well this place is horrible. Where can i start. Management doesn’t treat their employees right. Products are getting stolen from vendors every week. There is no 24/7 security and the front door doesn’t even lock. Inside is a work hazard. Where you have employees driving fork lifts with out any certifications on equipment

Company has no strategic direction, CEO is a micromanager, and it is a very poor working environment. Company is backed on a good idea, but coupled with very very poor management, company has no growth potential.Source: Former Employee - illegally terminated/layed off
