I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had here. We showed up early to my daughters first appointment and called 10 minutes prior to the start of her appointment. We gave them the make and model of the car and were told to wait until she was called in for her appointment. We waited patiently, (being new, we wanted to respect if they were a bit behind schedule) and called back 40 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. We were told that our initial call was never received and the Dr. had been waiting on US. The conversation was accusatory and unapologetic. Had they apologized for their mistake, my reaction would have been different. The next day I wrote an email about my experience, and Wes Crenshaw replied. Again, the emails were all unapologetic for the mistake, making excuses for why it happened, and truly not caring to the fact that the reason people reach out to their office is for the mental wellbeing of their children. Even after thanking him for looking into the situation, and trying to end our correspondence he still responded with For the record statements.For the record... I was not looking to cause any trouble for this agency, I just wanted them to know that this situation was unprofessional and breaks the number one thing you need in a therapist... TRUST.

Kelly Hughes helped me so much with dealing with my life. She is honest and approachable and genuinely cares about you. Shes also very knowledgeable about people and knows how to make sessions productive without making them feel structured and claustrophobic. I also really appreciate that she has things for you to fiddle with, as that really helps me think and work through emotions. 11/10, I couldnt have wished for better.

I was looking for a new therapist on fairly short notice... I was able to get an evaluation & start sessions within 2 weeks of my initial call!! Basically unheard of in my experience!! AND from the front desk staff to my AMAZING therapist I have had NOTHING but an amazing experience (after 15+ years & lots of diff. services I can say this...) This office takes a lot of pride in providing top-notch services to their clients!!! TY!!!

Terrible Agency! They require you to make an appointment for therapy before you can get medication refilled. Then you must make a separate appointment with the nurse for the medication refill. Well, we did all that, only to have the nurse NOT write my daughters script because we had an emergency and another family member had to take my daughter to the appointment. The nurse did not pick up the phone to call me to tell me there was an issue. I left a voicemail later that day letting her know I was upset because my child came home without a script (because you cant reach her in person). Dr. Crenshaw had the nerve to send me an email saying my voicemail was abusive (no cussing or name calling occurred whatsoever in my vm) and told me to seek services elsewhere. What a jerk! This agency is a joke! I will be more than happy to go elsewhere!
