Having gone to Mr. Smalley for about 4 months I can provide the following review:I initially spent a handful of sessions just giving a background of my past. I am not 100% for sure this was necessary but it certainly didnt hurt.Mr. Smalley patiently listened and provided input, feedback and learning opportunities. After each session, I would take down some notes and review those in between sessions. After most sessions, Mr. Smalley suggested some area of focus.At first, Mr. Smalley met me at my abilities and after he learned more about me; he began to be able to work with me on steps towards my goals.I have been amazed at Mr. Smalleys ability to keenly pay attention and be engaged throughout our entire and each session.I hope that you can find Mr. Smalley as helpful for your life as he has been for mine.
