Very straight forward and reasonable experience. I took my old MacBook here and they fixed it up within a week for a fantastic price, whereas sending it to Apple was quoted over 500 dollars and a month or so to replace. And the guys are very avaliable and personable. Will return whenever I need repairs or diagnostics.

Friendly and efficient. He helped me remove a hard drive from my old PC, which I was stuck on. When what I needed help with was easier and quicker than what he thought Id mentioned over the phone he lowered the price to match. He also gave advice on next steps to take to access the drive with my new PC.

Super nice guy. I had issues with my CPU overheating. He found the issue. Fixed it. Did some maintenance that I didnt know about. Did several updates I was missing. Told me how to optimize my set up. Just totally above and beyond. I called a few other places in town but wasnt impressed. This is the place to go.

This guy saved my life. LITERALLY. I got water on my Macbook, and when I called Best Buy and Apple, they said it would take 6-8 weeks to send it out and fix - and would be upwards of 500 dollars. One of my flash drives was corrupted and I went in to see if there was anything that could be done. Bryant was very professional, and spent at least an hour trying to resolve the issue. I ended up deciding to just get a new flash drive, but I know that Bryant did everything in his power to fix the old one. If I ever have problems with my laptop, I will definitely bring it to Bryant!

Finals are next week and I woke up to a computer not wanting to charge. Visiting from Indiana for a few weeks. My computer stopped working. Did not know local resources. Checked Google reviews. Saw great reviews for 01-Guy. Was apprehensive about going to Best Buy and having my computer taken from me (for who knows how long, when Im not from area, and when I need computer for my travels to the region). Bryant met me on a Sunday, had computer fixed in about 30 minutes, VERY reasonable cost, much less than Best Buy would have charged. All around impressive service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If I lived in this area, I would be a repeat customer.

After we installed a new motherboard, processor, and ram, the system wouldnt post.We took it to That 01 Guy and he figured out the issue quickly and found that we had not seated one of the ram sticks fully.He is highly professional and performs honest work. I dont usually write reviews, but this guy honestly deserves one. I went to Apple and Best Buy first to try and fix my laptop and I wish I wouldve went to Bryan first. Both Apple and and Best Buy took their time to fix my laptop, but Bryan did within 30 minutes! For 5 times cheaper the price too, and he didnt ask a down payment to fix it. Amazing is all I can say.

My computer wouldnt turn on, and I was looking online for a place to have someone look at it and Im SO glad I checked this place out first! Bryan was able to squeeze me in that day. He originally thought a part might have been broken, but called me later that day saying he found the problem and had fixed it! Dont make the same mistake I did! When my laptop quit working I took it to UNI Computers on 23rd st. I paid $75 for them to look at it (not fix it) and had to wait two days to find out that according to UNI it was beyond repair. They tried to sell me a new computer and offered to recover my files for an additional fee of course.A few months later I discovered That 01 Guy Bryant. He said to bring the computer by and he would take a look at NO charge. Long story short, in less than an hour I walked out of his shop with my beloved laptop back up an running like a champ. My bill was less than I had expected and who doesnt love it when that happens! Dont waste your time and money doing what I did. Call That 01 Guy first! You will not regret it.

My MacBook’s hard drive crashed on Friday and he had it fixed and back to me on Saturday. He diagnosed the exact problem on the phone and worked during the weekend to get it done and back to me. Had damage to the charging port on my Asus laptop. Left a voicemail on a Sunday night requesting a price/time estimate. Bryan called me back an hour later, scheduled a time to meet with me that night, and had my laptop repaired and in my hands in 2 hours. My experience with Bryant could not have been better. He was recommended to me by a friend who had helped him at his business. Bryant promptly returned my call, and managed to find time to help me with my laptop issue before the end of that same day. He showed me exactly what the problems were, and what he needed to do to resolve them. I had a hardware issue that seemed like a connection problem, and had already tried to get UNI to fix it for me (this was MONTHS earlier); UNI claimed the only problem was that a flaw in the screen was causing all the trouble. Seemed odd to me, but what do I know? (Although Id mentioned I thought it probably had either a bad video cable, or it was impinged somehow, that was supposedly ruled out when they cracked it open.) I was charged $300 and sent along my way with a 14 day warranty. One month later, my laptops display was again dancing around, rolling, blinking, and would only function if the screen was positioned exactly right and then still wasnt great. But with no warranty in place, I was just told to buy a new laptop. Eventually, it just started shutting down randomly on its own one day and thats when Bryant stepped in, popped it open and found numerous problems (one of them involving the video cable, what a surprise!) among other things UNI should have fixed. Suffice to say, do not hesitate to call Bryant. I could tell immediately upon using it afterward that my problems were fixed. And he charged me a fraction of what UNI did. I will not call anyone else again! Thanks Bryant!

OMG. This guy is amazing. I called Bryant on Friday and explained that my computer was so slow that I was not able to continue doing anything on it and I probably needed a new computer. He told me to bring it in and he would look at it. He called Friday evening and said that he could fix it and it would be ready on sunday evening. I previously had a bad experience with Geek Squad and they kept my computer for almost 2 wks and it was much more expensive. Bryant stuck to his word and the bill was exactly as the estimate said (very reasonable) and my computer is totally fixed and was ready when he said. He took the time to explain what he did (in language that I can understand) and it was exactly what he said it would be. . Dont waste your time with box store repairs. Go directly to Bryant and save yourself time, money and frustration.

Went to another place first (unfortunately). Took them 8 hours and 100 bucks to tell me my motherboard was the problem. Took it to him for a second look and Im so glad that I did. Had it fixed in a half hour and was so much cheaper than the other place.
