Terrible service!!!! the old lady at the front desk is extremely rude!!!! And only 1 person working Really??? Waited in line for over an hour and when I did receive help I had to wait 45 extra minutes just to be told that they couldnt cash my check!!! I will never go back to this establishment

This was a big help when I needed it, until I made my final payment for the loan I took out. The cashier had somehow made my payment to someone elses account. I no longer have the receipt (the loan was taken out almost two years ago) and the company has now sent my account to collections which has affected my credit and has caused a lot of problems. I have now had to pay off this loan twice, because the cashier made MY payment to someone elses account. The cashier in store even admitted that my payment was made to the wrong account, but since I no longer have a receipt from two years ago they say they cant help me, even though it was their employee who made a mistake.

Wish I can do an automatic installment loan for 500 dollars. Isnt there a way to get that or do I have to be with Ace Cash Express for year? That is what the clerk told me. Help?

Absolutely terrible service, the single woman who was working had no idea what she was doing and we were turned away after an hour of waiting as she couldn’t cash a simple personal check. I don’t think they get trained here. Also, the fact there was only one worker there was concerning, especially since she had marks all over her face indicating her meth use.
