Just did my moms car today, and Im happy with the work...

I rarely write bad reviews but they did a really terrible job. I chose this place after reading the good reviews but I so wish I hadn’t. It just basically looked like I vacuumed the car myself and wiped off the dust with a dry cloth. The first thing that came across to me was the fact that there was still literal dirt and a coin underneath the drivers seat in plain sight. The dashboard was dull, when I complained about this I was told that adding any shine or conditioner would crack the dashboard so I let it go. When I got home I realized there was dirt in the cup holder, enough for me to clean up by wiping my fingers on it. Then there were a couple greasy handprints left around the leather and console. Lastly, there was food still in the interior of the door handles. I tried to complain to the manager who seemed understanding and asked me to bring the car back to him at a specific time, but when I did he wasn’t there. Left my number to call back 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back.

PLEASE DON’T GO THERE. The worst car detailing place I ever been. They really deserve a zero star.

Finally rescheduled the appointment and the guy was wicked nice. I’ll deff be recommending this place to others and coming back too

Asked for what I wanted.... they gave me what I wanted.... simple
