Great experience purchasing a car at Premier Auto. There was no high pressure. It took awhile because it was a Saturday and they were very busy. The salesman listened to what we wanted and didnt try to push us into anything we didnt want. Overall as pleasant of an experience that buying a car can be.

I had written a pretty outstanding review. The buying process was easy and the staff was nice and not pushy. I didnt look the car over closely enough before buying and have been finding issues with it. Chips in the paint that have been poorly covered, broken running light cover, cracked tail light cover. The battery has lost 3 miles in range since I bought the car 2 weeks ago (this is a hybrid). I wonder if this car was in an accident that wasnt reported with the previous owner. Again, I didnt notice any of this because I had stars in my eyes at the time, but now that I am seeing things that they surely had noticed themselves...Now as a single mom who thought she was getting a fair deal... Im wondering if Ill be paying for a new battery, tires, light covers, and body work. The deal I got suddenly isnt a deal anymore. I wish it would be made right, but because they took a loss on the car in our deal that doesnt sound like its going to happen.

I used a groupon to have my car detailed prior to selling it. Despite the cost being 50% off retail, they still did an amazing job. They cleaned things I didnt even expect to be cleaned, and they neatly organized everything that I had left in the car that wasnt to be thrown out. The car looked shiny inside and out for the pictures I took to post the car for sale, and Im sure how the car looked helped sell it (sold the next day). They did a great job, and Ill be using them again.

Bought an 09 Explorer Eddie Bauer from them about 60 days ago, got a great deal on the car and havent had any problems with it. I rented a Penske moving truck through the Penske website and Premier Auto was my pickup location. They called me the day before to confirm everything. And they were ready with my truck and car carrier first thing in the morning. One of the staff talked me through exactly how to load my car onto the trailer and how to connect and disconnect the trailer from the truck. I dropped off the truck in Iowa. I recommend Penske and Premier Auto!

Very bad experience! Purchaced a used car with almost dead battery. Bought it for my son who did not have a licence yet, but we did test drive it around neighbors for few times and the car battery stopped working, we had to jump start every time which was about 2-3 weeks after purchasing it. They told us they would pay for battery testing which they refused to do later. Head light was also dead which we discovered right after bringing the car home, it also had moisture inside it so obviously the owner / sales person were aware of it. They fixed the light which took them a couple of weeks or so and were rude and used profanity on the phone with my 16 y.o. when he inquired about when would the light be finally installed so we can pick up the car just to discover almost dead battery. Has been nothing, but trouble. Unfortunately KS Lemon Law does not extend to used cars. It’s a shame we had to replace the battery within a month of purchase... bad business!!!

I would like to say thank you to Ryan. I recently purchased a Pontiac from the Ryan. He was very quick in getting the process completed. When I took the car for a test drive I noticed one small problem that needed to be fixed. He had the issue resolved and BROUGHT THE CAR TO ME the next day(30 minutes away). That problem was resolved and I took car to my mechanic who recommended new plugs and wires. I notified Ryan of this and he told me to let him know how much it would cost. I had work done for $120.00 and it has all been REFUNDED by Ryan. Premier Auto has went above and beyond what I could ask a dealership to do. Always friendly and respectful. Thank you!

There is no other word to describe Premier Auto than amazing! I am a graduate student that commutes from KC to KU everyday. When my car broke down beyond repair I was having a TERRIBLE time finding a car in my budget that fit my needs.I went to Premier Auto to look at one car that I didnt end up liking but Ryan assured me that he could find me something that I did like and about a week later I found my perfect car! I looked at a handful of cars that Ryan had in the process and did not once feel pressured to buy one or feel like the staff was annoyed by me.Both Ryan and Chad were great to work with! They listened to what I needed and was always understanding about my situation of trying to find a quality car on a students budget. I seriously can not say enough good things about this place! I had an awesome experience purchasing a 2014 Kia Optima from Premier Auto Co in Lawrence, KS. When I went to look at it the first time with my fiancé, the only problem that made me consider passing on the car was that the interior had a strong cigarette smoke odor. Ryan, the owner of the dealer, went above and beyond by having the interior shampooed and ionized, put in a new cabin filter, put four new tires on, and even patched (like magic) a little cigarette burn hole in the passenger seat so you could hardly tell it had ever been damaged. To seal the deal, he had the car delivered to my apartment in KC, KS where I looked at the car one more time before purchasing. The car now smelled clean and I went ahead and got a great deal on a great vehicle with a monthly payment that was within my budget. My fiancé and I love my new car and I highly recommend giving Ryan and Premier Auto a shot at your business. Im very glad that I did.
