They are very helpful at this location and got my policy updated very quickly. I was able to go in and grab my insurance card the same day. Definitely will be using this location from now on! Thanks guys!

Isnt the whole point of purchasing high risk insurance because youre considering a high risk driver? Apparently, that is not the case with this company. Im TOO high risk because I had two closely time infractions. Even though the majority of my driving record is just fine.Not only that, whenever I call to inquire about options, they just hang up. Seems like they are a bit full of themselves and I can see it has happened to others before. Acceptance Insurance was a much better experience and I would recommend them over Access. They were friendlier, more understanding, and definitely more professional.

Dont usually give review Im usually the one to look at them but I have to post to let people know how cheap, easy, and nice it was to call for insurance in a hurry and Access Auto Insurance was right there. Called multiple insurance companys and nobody price compared to theirs!! I love how quick Karen was she was so professional, and made sure she had asked all the correct questions. Horrible I should’ve saved my money from coming to this place. Got in an accident while pregnant they refused helping me with my vehicle, I had uninsured motorist && they failed to help me create a claim to fix my vehicle, screw this place && everything they stand for I will be pursuing a law suit against this company they are a bunch of Hispanic speaking mfs that don’t do their damn jobs !!!
