I honestly prefer to call my actual insurance company to make my payment instead of dealing with A-Affordable. Theres times you get a good customer service agent and other times you get that one that makes you want to just cancel your insurance all together.

I finally had a pleasant experience at an insurance company. My CSR was Johanna Cubilette and she did an excellent job. She found me a great rate even though my driving record isnt that good. She was very professional and pleasant. Also while I was there another CSR was on the phone with a customer and I could not believe her patience. She kept trying to explain that he needed to something easy with the RMV online, but all he wanted to do is yell. I would have hung up. Her name was Aggie.

He explained the things I didnt understand and was not overbearing. In fact, he was a very nice guy. He was informative and his people skills are outstanding! There was also another woman who works there and she was great too. How is that pen working out?I was able to insure and register my car at the same time and I did not leave there feeling uneasy about my choices.Seriously, this is where you need to go when you are in the market for car insurance.

Horrible customer service. I dont want to write a long review bashing this place and sharing all of my bad experiences. Im not sure if its the representatives fault or if management doesnt train properly and needs to hire more employees. Just dont expect to get help if you ever have a question or need to adjust your policy. Your going to have an issue if you want to do anything besides make a payment. If you can, I would recommend getting insurance somewhere else.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. The customer service here is the worst. I have had them hang up on me while I was at the dealership multiple times. They are very rude. I plan on canceling first thing Monday morning.
