Excellent customer service, very professional team starting with the ladies at the front all the way to the gentleman that set up the tents and deliver items. The owner is a very humble, family man and its clear to see it is a very pleasant working environment by the way he treats his employees. He has a great team front and back and although some places may have items a bit inexpensive to rent, the convenience and professionalism you receive with United makes the possible little savings you receive elsewhere irrelevant! Very happy customer!!! My go-to for rentals !!!!

Went there to rent a uhaul van. Staff was helpful, everything went smoothly. I... unfortunately was unable to finish my move in one weekend so I will be returning this weekend to rent another van!

Pretty easy process. I rented a grill for a company party and worked out fine. Unit wasnt in the best condition but made due.

The amount of inventory this company has is out of this world. Warehouse is like a beautiful showroom, prices and staff is super experienced.

All the workers there were very nice and when they messed up on something, they tried their best to fix it and explain it to us. They did fix the problem in the end.

Worse people to real with ! Did a reservation 8 days before and they are not able to refund me the additional that I paid because I didnt cancel my reservation in 2 weeks advance. Worse place ever, Ill make sure that my friends, family member ro not rent from this location.
