To make a long story short...I bought a house and the previous owner neglected the carpet (among many other things) so I intended on replacing the carpet after finishing other major projects...I didnt want to clean the carpet because it was beyond being cleaned. It needed to be replaced, but a flyer came in the mail with a special so I tried it. I was blown away to see how the carpet responded to the treatment. It looks so amazing!!!

The two staff members that serviced my house were AMAZING! So polite, so helpful. However; the owner, Patrick, is extremely rude. Quoted arrival time for the help was 1:00-4:00 p.m. I was contacted at 11:30 a.m. to say they were on their way. I, as do they, have a job, and my hours were worked around this projected time frame. I was able to rearrange my schedule so they came at 1:30. Again, the service itself was exemplary. The owner, however, is a rude, rude man; one that cannot accept criticism from a woman.

I had a sick puppy last week that resulted in the need for an immediate carpet clean. Stanley Steemer was the only company that could work me in on a Saturday. They were quick and did such a great job!! I will definitely use them again!

Recently used the service but not pleased with their quality of work. They got me in right away from their business schedule which I appreciated. However, my review is solely based on carpet cleaning outcome. Wooden fibers were visually visible on the surface of my carpets from floor installation 2 days prior from Stanley Steemers arrival. After cleaning there were still wooden fibers left visibly, obliviously. This was 15 minutes after their cleaning. So, I decided to look further in one room and ended up picking up some hair from the floor. So, they didnt completely, thoroughly vacuumed my carpets.

Do Not Use Stanley Steamer, Use Any Other Company In Lawrence. They Lie About Their Prices and Misrepresent themselves. Our Carpet was perfect only lived in the place 8 months and a Stanley Steamer Representative Was cleaning the neighbor townhouse, the exact same floor plan as ours- he told us the price would be $159 and that they clean all the units in our complex. So based on his quote we set up the cleaning for the end of the month, without even checking out competitors pricing (which I always compare) but base on what we were quoted we went ahead and set the appointment. They get there today and say. It is now $207.00. I was very confused and upset by this change of price. I called the owner Pat and he said too bad,this is how it is and it does not matter that we were quoted a different price by one of His Employees. I told Pat this I will be filing with the better business bureau, which he said he is a member of- I am sure with a bad rating with this kind of scam going on, he said ok. So I will be filing and doing reviews on any and every website including Angies list to prevent future customers from getting ripped off by this shady business. They are very fair pricing and run great special pricing all the time.They get out red juice stains to red wine & coke spill. No problems with pet stains or smell.I cant thank them enough for doing their job well!! Thank for getting my rental carpet cleaned up and ready to be lived on and enjoyed !!!
