Shout-out to Bhavana who did my brows!She was very attentive and checked to make sure the shape was what I wanted. She was also very gentle and this was the least painful threading Ive ever gotten.The ambience in Ziba is excellent. It is so clean and well-kept and the staff are very professional. For such a classy place, the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

I found Ziba when the place I used closed down. I have to say I tried a few places prior to finding Ziba that were subpar at best. I have to say from the reception to my actual service with Devi far exceeded my expectations! I am a regular now and would recommend this place to anyone who wants perfectly shaped brows in a clean & pleasant environment.

I have been coming to Ziba for over 10 years. This was the place I came to get my eyebrows done for the first time when I was 12 and I always come back because I trust the company and their staff. I’ve tried other places whenever I have been unable to come to Ziba, but I’m always disappointed in comparison. Ziba staff are trained to not only deliver great shape and precision, but they also know how to thread in a way that limits pain and discomfort. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at Ziba.

Indu is very good, it had been a while since I had been in for services and she made me feel good, relaxed!

I get waxed and my brows done by Rosi and shes really good at what she does. The atmosphere is also good, they answer all your questions and they are very nice.

My eyebrow threading was ok, only because one was slightly thinner that the other which I didn’t like. The waxing was extremely painful, they use a tape/small strip and went over a few times. Do not get the waxing here.

They do a great job on my eyebrows

The price are fair for what they provide. They are extremely clean, they santize your hands before they do the threading and often use zibas lotion to calm your skin after the threading. I went to other places because they were cheaper but never again. Those places werent as sanitary and for some reason, I believe the quality of the thread they use to thread your eyebrows really plays a difference if you have any allergic reactions. At Ziba I never have that problem since it is good quality thread. They are also good to thier customers and provide a stamp card.
