Completely price gauging customers. When prices were disputed with Yohanse, one of their employees, he showed up to our physical location more than once and threatened to continue doing so despite being told that the location is not open to vendors. Especially ones that are unbelievably unprofessional! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay away!

This company is hands down the best forwarder for domestic/international shipments. They are flexible, courteous, responsive and incredibly friendly. Their rates are very reasonable and their service is stellar. I cant say enough about Kevin (my main contact) or the rest of the team.

We did load with them, they promised our driver that he will be paid 200$ if he backs into between two buildings, once our driver was empty they changed their mind. We won’t more loads with them.
