Came in to get my driver side mirror replaced, with a part I had bought myself. Rick was attentive and told me they would also do a courtesy check inspection. I recently bought the car off a private seller and didn’t know much of its history, but I knew that it was in need of repairs. Not only did they take care of my side mirror, they also gave a detailed inspection for me to look over and understand the condition my car was in. Rick called me as soon as I had the inspection to read through it with me, asked me about my goals for car, and then told me what they could do to get my car in good condition. They went ahead and ordered my parts, got started on work and even let me use a loaner car while my Scion iA was in the shop. Rick’s Automotive called to give me updates about my car and left voicemail when I wasn’t able to answer. My car was in the shop for about 2 weeks, and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with how my car is running now. This place is the absolute best. My first time there they were able to squeeze me in same day for my charger which had had a misfire. Fixed her up for a good price, were super cool to talk to, and had me going by the end of the day . For sure would recommend and will return .

Like most people I checked out the reviews of this repair shop first, and I saw Rick’s had a high rating. My cars transmission was damaged badly. The service advisor Michael was extremely professional and informative on what needed to be done to my car to get it back up and running. I loved the fact that I was not only updated through their website about the progress of my car, but Michael himself called me to update me as well. The team at Ricks did an amazing job. I appreciated the email they sent showing what work needed to be done which even included pictures of all of the broken parts. They also took all of the Covid 19 precautions to make sure that their workers were safe and I was safe upon reentering my car. Possibly the best place you can fix your car. I was recommended to come to this place as my Chevy Blazer Xtreme 2003 was leaking coolant.Since back then I was two more time to fix my old’ car! Excellent, honest, prompt service with great communication. I have a 2010 Toyota Prius that I had to take in for services and repairs. There were a number of major issues that needed repairing. Rather than charge an arm and a leg they provided options that were budget conscious and getting the job done. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and staff did a full diagnostic assessment on my car for free! They even gave me quotes, and gave me a report on my entire car, with recommendations for fixes and my car needed ranked from least to most urgent. Very professional. Went in requesting repair relating to my axle and requested a full diagnostic since my auto approaching 10 years old. Rick took the time to not only outline repairs needed but priority order! Repairs made, no issues/problems will be returning to have other repairs as well as normal upkeep!

I met Rick at the bank while I was talking about car woes from another auto repair and he told me about his business. The Jeep was in the shop the next day, after having sent a quote when needed quickly and they followed up immediately. Everything they did was great follow-up and service with a three year warranty. All the guys were super professional and I would highly recommend them to all.

This was my first visit to Ricks for the repair of my car. I spoke to the owner Rick and the technical adviser Donald when I brought my Cadillac for repair. Both men displayed excellent knowledge of my needs and the length of time for diagnosis and repair. Customers are kept informed about the progress of the work through email or text. Upon completion, I was contacted by phone when to pickup the car. I requested an estimate of deferred work recommendations. On both the bill for current work and the estimate of future work, there were easy to understand explanations what needed to be done describing the current condition of all major components. I plan to return in the future to complete the outstanding work.

After getting tires mounted on my GMC Envoy the mechanic told me the suspension bushing needed to be replaced and they dont do that kind of work I went online and searched for good mechanics that did suspension work and found Ricks Automotive. They were rated five stars and were close to me so I made an appointment. Rick and Michael explained what was wrong and explained the repair process and the cost of the repairs. They perform an inspection of my Envoy and let me know what needs to be done in the near future. All in all, I very pleased with Ricks Automotive.

I had an amazing experience at this service center, I happened to have needed very minor service but that is not what made my experience so great. The representative Michael was sooooo very professional from the very beginning he kept me updated during the process. The waiting area is nothing fantastic but it is tidy and welcoming. They are open on Saturday which worked well for my schedule. They seem to stress maintenance as well as repairs.
