I have been coming here for years and always leave satisfied. Glenn, Lacy and Jose are always extremely helpful and friendly, its a pleasure dealing with all of them. I usually come in to see their selection of car detailing products and they always have the newest products in stock! I highly recommend visiting this store for all your auto care needs.

I haven’t done business here in a while and today has shown me just why... I Ordered a part for my car paid for it I was told it would be here the next day at a certain time.. I made sure I came later so it would be there I called for an hour and a half no answer... I walked in and there are no customers and one service worker inside and two outside the phone is just ringing and he never moved to answer the phone... Now my part that was supposed to be here the next day won’t be here until February the 6th so I must cancel my maintenance appointment because the wrong information was given to me I am very dissatisfied and this will be my very last time doing business here for sure..

Every time I come into this store I always receive great customer, but Lacy gave me the best customer service today by far! He helped me identify what I needed, installed the product and provided some future knowledge for me to take from our conversation. All around great guy! He was super nice, quick and never hesitated to help me.

Out of town and had to replace a battery with AAA road service. My Auto Zone battery was under full replacement but AAA kept the core. Manager Lacy refunded me the full price of my failed battery after I showed him the AAA receipt. I highly recommend the great service at the Laurinburg Auto Zone store. The service experience for this event was beyond expectation. DH

I would highly recommend starting fresh with some new staff, people who are actually friendly and who know what there doing. Its an pigsty inside and out, trash everywhere and reeking of smoke. Take ur business elsewhere, u will be glad u did.

My windshield wiper flew off in the pouring rain while on the way to SC, this Auto zone was the closest shop. The lady at the register was so helpful and patient, she even walked out in the rain with to make sure everything was ok.

A key fob that we purchased didnt work on our car. We tried setting it up a few times and still didnt work so we returned it with no problem.
