These guys are awesome!! Everytime I come into the store, I am treated with courtesy and kindness!! They are friendly to everyone that I see come in when I am there also!! It’s 5 stars for me!!!!

The UPS store in Laurinburg is outstanding. The staff is so very friendly and competent. They bend over backwards to be helpful no matter the size of the job. I could not have had a more pleasant experience.

It’s always a dream to get stuff shipped here; all the guys I’ve dealt with are super kind and laid back, very professional even when they’re slammed with people! They’ve always helped me with complicated orders and never made me feel rushed despite my stupid questions :)

I came in unsure of the process for return shipping a package. Matt walked me through the whole process and was super helpful.This ups store is AWESOME!

Matt helped me print out exactly what I was looking for and gave me instructions to better the brochure I made so it looks the best it could be. Definitely knows how to earn business, appreciate it again Matt. Ups give this guy a raise.

So far its 1 star. Website and sign on door says open at 8am. Its 820 now and still not open. There are 2 of is waiting and 4 people have left the store.They opened at 830. The young lady was very nice and apologetic. She had a family situation that couldnt be helped. So Im changing my rating.

I have been calling for over an hour and phone line busy. Do the company take the phone off the hook during lunch hours.

Bad service, the gentleman, thats the owners brother was very rude..was trying to charge me for shipping that was labeling of no charge. Bad business for a little town.
