My nephew is a PC gamer and was having some issues with heating and I couldnt make my way down to help him due to the little gas crisis weve had this year so we tried to do some things over the internet but ran into some hiccups. I gave Nustar a call and he said hed help my nephew out for just $20 so I sent him over to see him. After the man at Nustar helped him out he ended up not even charging him for the work and went the extra mile to even try and boot up his computer before letting him leave. Excellent customer service and a knowledgeable guy definitely worth bringing business to.

Computer has been in shop a week now and still waiting to hear something back on what needs to be replaced or repaired. My computer is very important to me for job and entertainment. I will boost rating to 5 stars if it is revived. I am hopeful that Brian will be able to fix it but sure would be nice to know whats going on with it.

Brian saved my life! That may seem dramatic but it sure feels that way!I had somehow lost or deleted very important photos files from my SD card, I never thought it would happen to me but it did! Its terrifying! Luckily, Brian was able to recover them! I was so relieved because I thought the files were lost permanently.Brian is very knowledgeable about his work, he is always available when I need him. I had my husband take in my laptop to see why it is not staying on. When the laptop turns on it immediately shuts down. I had took it to one professional that charge over $60 for taking it apart and could not fix it. Being that I need it fix for work purposes it was of time and essence to get it fix. So, my husband tried this place. Drop it off on a Friday, Monday still not sure what the issue is and stated there was not enough time to completely see what is wrong with it, what needs to be fixed, or the cost to fix it. Wasted another $20 and still no working laptop. I can understand needing time to fix something. However, I expected to know within 2 days what the problem is and how to get it fixed. That is only fair than to keep people waiting whos equipment produces their income. If you do not have the time to see what is wrong with the laptop to get it fix, then state that on the initial visit, than waste 2 days of my time and money

After not being able to log on to my computer because of an error, I called Nustar Computers to help me. I was very worried about losing important files and pictures. I wanted someone who was reliable, trustworthy and not too costly. I am so glad I found Brian. He knew exactly what was causing the error and fixed it super fast. Brian Caulder gives the BEST help from afar! He was able to access my laptop remotely and find a document that had been saved but was hidden (for whatever reason!!) I was in Raleigh and he was able to assist me in less than 30 minutes from Laurinburg. You cant beat that kind of service!! If you need computer assistance locally or in another zipcode, Nustar is the place to go!! Thanks a million Brian!

This man never answers the phone. He is very hard to get in touch with after he has had my computer for several weeks. Slow to give me any feed back on what is wrong with it or return any calls/texts. I will never bring another one of my computers to him.
