At 2pm my mechanic arrived at my house and we determined my car was dead. At 3pm, made a 4:30 reservation to pick up a car from the local office. By 4:43, I was back home in my CLEAN rental! THANKS ENTERPRISE! Yall ROCK!!! I dont know where I would be with my house move this weekend!! You came through as usual!!

Worst experience ever!! I made my reservation a month ago because my car had to be in the body shop on the 26th. I call several times just to be left on hold and hung up on. When I finally get someone on the phone they tell me that my reservation was made on June 14th !! That’s the day I called to reserve for July 26th !! Not only did they screw up my reservation they did not try to make things better. Now I have to put my car in the shop today and have no backup vehicle for the next two weeks !!!! This company will never get my business again. Laurinburg location needs to hire staff who are compassionate and who PAY ATTENTION !!! The customers are the reason you get a paycheck, remember that. You don’t even deserve the One star !

Worse rental place ever‼️‼️‼️‼️ Booked a van just to get to the location and they gave the van to someone else. Even though it was already paid in advanced and booked a wk prior to the day. When talking to management they where rude saying they had no number to reach me (fib) and then she proceeded to get in her car and pull off on me while I was in the ran outside the car. Never again and I mean never‼️‼️‼️

I always have great experiences with Enterprise. They go above and beyond to make renting a vehicle with them go smoothly.

Reserved a car 2 days in advance and filled out all available information. Pick up was for 1pm and received call at 12:45pm that there are no cars available at all. And none within 1hr of their location

Our car wasnt even ready, nor was it the luxury car that we booked that we still had to pay for, it smells like cigarettes and they only gave us a half tank, if we werent in such a hurry for an important interview that we are now late for we would have gone somewhere else.

Clean car and great service. I had a small issue and they quickly resolved it no problem.

Always excellent customer service, friendly staff, fast, effective, efficient and a wide variety of options to choose from.The manager Sam is superb as well as his female associate. She runs that front area superbly. They run that office like speed lightening getting customers in and out without delay, errors and making people feel welcomed and important.We use them quit frequently for our trips instead of putting alot of miles on our personal vehicles and I would definitely recommend them to others, my family and friends.

One of the worst renting experience I ever had with Enterprise. I was given a small car after being injured in a accident, After asking several times for a upgrade I was told that they will get me a upgrade. Two weeks later I turned in the same car that was causing me PAIN

This is the fourth time I have rented within the last 15 months. Every detail of every transaction was perfect.The employees at the Laurenburg location are professional and courteous. I have no second thoughts on doing this again.

Bad directions just horrible

They are very nice and professional here, they didnt charge us for being slightly late on return like other places which was a huge relief. Cars are in superb condition, and the staff doesnt waste your time getting you ready to go or checked back in. Highly reccomend this location!!!!

Worst rental experience I’ve EVER had. If I could give 0 stars I would! Emailed the corporate office about my issues and still have not received a call back. Will never rent from Enterprise again. Customer service is a joke to them.

We rented a vehicle from the location in Laurinburg, NC for travel from Feb 2-4, 2018. I was very impressed by the professionalism that was displayed and the courtesy with which we were taken care of. The vehicle that we rented was a 2018 Lincoln Navigator and I must say it was a luxury to drive. It was very clean inside and out when we received it. We greatly appreciate the awesome customer service that we were afforded and we will definitely be using the company again very soon.

Horrible customer service. This branch notified my family a few hours prior to pickup that they did not have a vehicle for a reservation that was created 2-3 weeks prior. They left us scrambling a few hours prior to our planned departure. They also did not even attempt to setup a vehicle switch for us at another location. Not only did I call corporate to file a complaint, I also plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Rent a vehicle elsewhere but not here.

Enterprise in Laurinburg is a great agency. They are very friendly and helpful. The 15-passenger van that we rented was in excellent condition. We will continue to use them for all of our rental needs.

2nd time renting from was very satisfied with the there services. Would definitely recommend them to family n friends

The people there were very nice but i requested a small vehicle that my warranty insurance would cover and the smallest vehicle they had available was for $71 a day and that was an SUV I just think if they dont have available the smaller-sized vehicles that the customers request that they should be given a bigger vehicle at the cost of what the customer wanted. My warranty only covers $30 a day and they had nothing available that was even close to that price so Im just out the money for the extra per day at least I had USAA and thats with a discount of a little bit but still a lot came out of my pocket

The customer service at the location was wonderful. My only complaint was a maintenance issue, having nothing at all to do with the folks at Enterprise in Laurinburg, NC. They were awesome---easy check out and check in. Couldnt ask for better!

Im from Florida and getting a car is always simple there. I rented a vehicle for one way trip and dropped off in Kannapolis n.c. and i was assured that when i was ready to return it would be just as easy. Well now im ready to go back to Florida but this location in laurinburg has made the process so difficult. They want me to provide a n.c. issued license knowing im from Florida and can see my previous rental. Small town business that cant operate on country wide level should not represent a big company franchise.
