First I was quoted the wrong price.. secondly I was told my part will be here by 9am the next day here I am at 2pm still waiting on a part to come in like I have nothing else to do but wait for them.. I could have gone to where the part is being shipped from gotten and fixed my car by now.. I call to check on the part and have been hung up on 2 times now.. I recommend to stay away from this unprofessional business

Went in tonight to buy a new battery, we honestly had no idea what we were doing because it’s a newer model . Blake went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied with his service ! I would recommend this auto zone to anyone around !

Hayward and Sam waited after hours just for me to be able to pick my part up. They were more concerned with me being safe rather than how much later theyd have to stay before I made it there. Awesome customer service, nice Gents! 🥳

This place is amazing especially Beth and Jordan they went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my family being broke down and stranded out of state with my two year old daughter they where phenomenal with helping us getting back on the road they not only helped with our car but they could also tell that I was woredown from the heat and chasing my two year old everywhere they helped keep her distracted and kept her busy while also helping other customers when we had tried everything Beth called her husband to come take a look at it and we figured it out thanks to him if it wasnt for Beth and Jordan idk what we would have done if you ever get stranded in or around Laurens SC Beth and Jordan are the ladies to see thank yall so much for helping us get our little girl home safely

When I tell you Jordan and Sam got Mrs. Brown served. I came in Laurens from breaking down in Simpsonville my battery needed replacing 2017 .I used every cell they put in it Heheheheehee. I went in today to get my battery posts tightened after buying a new battery yesterday. Nick helped me get all new posts put on because of one being completely corroded. He was very kind the entire time. He explained what he was doing the entire time. He is a definite asset to your company!!

Service was excellent. I didnt get the guys name but he was very nice and helpful. He checked my battery and replaced it with the new one. Prices suck but thats expected. I took the star away for that. I probably should have gave that star too.

I have to brag on this staff! I needed a new battery for my car (2015 Equinox). I went to O Reilly’s right down the road and they were unprofessional and told me that they cannot change my battery because of a computer on my battery. So I went over to AutoZone and everybody was very professional and they change my battery in 10 minutes, it was one bolt holding the computer on the top of the battery. I think the young man that changed the battery was Nick. Every employee that walked by me while I was waiting for them to get the battery out of the back ask if I had already been helped, this included the people coming into work as they walked in the door to work and the people getting off. I was in there during shift change and even the people in the process of getting off were willing to help me before they left. We will definitely be returning customers because of tonight.

Good service just wish the prices were a little lower on items. I thought my mail in rebate would be a check but received a gift card instead. That wasnt represented clearly

I own my own Auto Mechanic business, and AutoZone is where I buy just about everything I need. The customer service and attention to detail, and also knowledgeable staff will keep me going back! This team is amazing. Especially Beth, Thomas and Chase. They worked in the cold rain and helped my boyfriend take apart the headlight assembly to get one stupid bulb replaced on my 2013 Hyundai veloster. Their hard work was well appreciated and they are truly an amazing group of individuals. Customer service at its best! Thank you all for making my trip to Ohio have a great start! My last review for this place was one star and I hated giving it that. But recently it has been much better. The manager there has gotten alot more friendlier and very helpful. I really enjoy this place. And they have the rewards card my husband loves that part,lol.

This is the best auto parts store in town. The employees are helpful and courteous and DONT smell like they just smoked a pack of unfiltered cigs.They have a decent rewards program also that helps out a lot.
