Went on Monday to get eyebrows arched. Went the next day to have gel polish remove and a regular manicure. It was expensive but, I loved it. The nail Technician was very nice!

The staff are friendly. The gentleman that did my nails was amazing and did my shape exactly how I wanted. The lady that did my design was great as well. I am very picky with my nails and I left there very happy. Definitely recommend.

The moment you enter the facility you were not welcomed as you should be. Once I finally got in the chair my services were rushed due to trying to do other clients in between my services. Really was dissatisfied for my mothers day experience.

Service was rushed because of a client came in yelling. I asked for acrylic and was given an opinion which is not what I asked for. Would not recommend.

I typically use this salon but was very disappointed with todays visit. Didnt give color wanted for me. They cut my daughters nails off after she told them not to and they made no effort to resolve the issue nor did they apologize.

I have always went to this salon to get my nails done and today I was highly disappointed. Because of the cornavirus I had to make an appointment,so I did so for today Thursday @1:00. Well I get to the salon wash my hands pick out my colors and as Im waiting another girl walks in and says she has an appointment at the same time. I get looked at and told I do not have an appointment. I told her yes maam I do its with the other girl not gonna name names so she proceeded to look and told me no my appointment was for Saturday and I said no maam my appointment was today. Then Im told I have to come back Saturday so I just got up and let them know how I felt about the situation and left.

My best friend my daughter and I went to this salon yesterday spent two hours there. My best friend got a pedicure, I got an acrylic set, my best friend got an acrylic set, and my daughter got her nails painted. Only two people working incredibly slow and they didnt even do the pedicure properly. Their prices are outrageous wanted a French manicure but they were wanting $55 for it.

Do not use this company!!!!I would give zero stars if that was an option!The man doing my nails cut into my skin with the grinder. It was actively bleeding and they did nothing!Also, very disappointed with how the nails turned out!

Sat for 45 minutes nobody even acknowledged me but once and that was to yell what you need? Meanwhile two people walk in and go ahead of me. Yes I know they may have had appointments but it still would have been nice for someone to give me an estimated time or at least acknowledge I was still there after 45 mins. Wont be back.

I got my nails done Monday 03-04-19 just simple Gel Polish! Today 03-08-19 I was washing a plate off and my nails started peeling up! My hands weren’t even submurged under water, they was just holding the sponge! Gel polish I have got in the past has never done this! I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Sat there bout 45mins. Everyone that walks in the door she was putting in front of me. So I nice got up blessd them out and left. I will never,never go that place again

Rude. Rude. Rude. Unwelcoming. The chick with the tattoos is super rude. And someone came in with their dog. She got up from doing my toes to go kiss the dog. No thank you ! She rushed. And did what she wanted, not what I asked her to. Did not scrub the feet or anything. She did a “spa pedicure” in less than 10 minutes !

Snow is very kind and knows her business. She treated my mom in a loving caring manner.

Snow has been doing my nail over 15 years I am always pleased. She is talented and professional even took extra pains with my mother-in-law who suffered from Alzheimer’s . You won’t get better service anywhere!

I recommend Christina or Melissa my girls get the job done.

The wait is long but it’s worth it once you get them done. They haven’t let me down yet. Snow and Tina n V do a wonderful job.

First time here. My daughter wanted her nails done and someone gave her money to get them done. Told girl (Tina) that it was her first time getting nails done. We talked about length and I told her she wanted red nails and black dots on them and I asked how much. When they were finished she did not have black dots and her ring fingers were a different color which was okay with my daughter but she didnt have the black dots so I told her she did not do what I said. Owner came over and I told her and then she said they could do the dots but it would be like ten more dollars than what they quoted. I said no because that is not what they quoted. Then she was going to cut the length down. Needless to say we got them for the price they said and owner apologized and said the girl did not understand. My daughter is happy but I just do not like to fuss about things and if you say one price you do not need to change.

The owner, Snow is absolutely RUDE and not professional whatsoever! The young girl who does eyebrows really well seen me walk in knowing what i wanted (i have been trying to book her for 2mths now)...made a comment to the girl who was getting her nails done by her mom and got up and walked to the back....if you are that aggravated because people want you to do their eyebrows so be it because i can take my time and money elsewhere!!!! I am the PAYING CUSTOMER!

This place is nast and dirty, the lobby needed to be clean, They need a serious up grade!! The employees are rude and rush there work. I come on for one thing and they say they don’t have time to do it and I came in at 2:15 and they don’t close till 7! Mind you there isn’t a lot of people waiting but you don’t have time to do it. I will never come back!!!

They chipped within a hour of getting them done. The woman rushed and was rude kelt leaving while in middle of doing mine. Never going back!! Wish i didnt even have give them a star....

I think Dhec need to get involved Because that shop is Nasty and its not sanitized they use those same files, tools on everyone without cleaning THEM And Changing thoes file bords . That Door is filthy polish on tha wall and floor dust every WHERE sinks nasty bathrooms VERY Nasty too. How I know all of this is Because I got a fungus on two of my nails and I had to take em off just this week . I stop by showed Snow or whatever her name is and she tried to be rather rude so I nicely told her to get that Nasty shop cleaned up .. I will never go back. I gave one Star For tha nail tec Tran because he was nice ........ this coming Monday would have been two weeks and my nails didnt last till two weeks. Very Disappointed and Dissatisfied...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Filthy Nail Salon And they are not friendly At All But I Liked Tran..

Trash. Trash. Trash. Rude, owner or main operator of the store is no better and doesnt correct her employees, one of the eyebrow ladies needs to be trained more and pricing is a joke. Never patronizing again. This was my second attempt at giving these people a chance, never again.

They rushed on my nails and my feets. Fingernail polish caked up on my hands....feet not scrubbed right....designs look like i let my 3 year old do them. I spent $43 and i am highly pissed at the outcome😡😡😡😡
