I have used this place several times and liked it.. I will not go here again due to issues with my vehicle being a concern and ended up with more. My truck was running when it was dropped off. After a call saying it was being checked out after front end work was done to it... it was a pop noise and it wouldnt start. So they checked it out only to find out it jumped time. After spending 700 dollars already for something we dont know is even fixed anyway since we cant test it out.. We were told it will be 1500 for that issue. The problem is the truck was cranking on and off just fine before they touched it. It had to be pulled from there not running. It was many other issues I will report this to BBB. It should have be handled differently being that it didnt crank until after so called fixed it.

This team knows their stuff and it shows! It can be hard to get an appointment because they stay busy. Ive been using them for everything on my Tahoe for the past 3 years and have no complaints! Thanks for all yall do!!

Overall best service Ive had. I had an unexpected problem with my tire so I took it here. Everyone was on lunch and insisted that they check it out anyways. They were very nice and professional. The problem ended up being very minor and they told me not to even worry about paying. Highly recommend!!!

Fast, friendly, not at all pushy, kept in touch with me better than any other mechanics I have ever used, and very reasonably priced. They charged me half what the dealership was going to and found the actual problem, which was totally different and much more simple than what Kims No Bull (haha) said was going on. As a woman, I have had some bad experiences with mechanics assuming Im stupid and trying to rip me off, sell me services I dont need, and being disrespectful, inappropriate, and unprofessional. I would recommend this shop to girls who have had this problem, its a safe place to get repairs for a reasonable price.

I was heading home with my four kids and wife, from Ohio to Louisiana, when my car began having problems on the highway. Professional Automotive was the closest auto repair shop from where we were on the highway. Even though they were super busy, they helped me figure out what was causing the problems, fixed it at a reasonable price, and had me in and out extremely quickly. I was back on the road in no time, problem free.
