All you people do is find ways to charge people for money that is already been paid I am so ashamed of you every out standing bills were paid in full only to see you send an additional charge to us of over $5000. not because we are conducting business from over seas that doesnt mean you are to try and over charge us, SHAME ON YOU.

Why do they have a phone if nobody answers it

I was told by a friend about JN Bank located in Florida. However, they never answer their calls. I do not know if they even exists.

The customer service provided by the representative Althea Morris was horrible. She speaks in a very condescending tone.She kept asking the same questions over and over and was very unpleasant. I believe with some proper training, her attitude will improve.
