Great place to workout///lots of energy. Please get rid of some of those glider/striders, whatever you call them. mostly not used. Free up floor space for more effective cardio equip., cable towers. You only have 2 stationary bikes !

No attendants at the desk, this is all allowable by a really nasty so called manager and be ready for nasty managers who will body shame you at any chance they have. No one cleans, even during COVID.

Signed up today. Very nice and helpful staff. The gym was very clean and everyone had their masks on.

They basically have everything I need for my strength training. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 because the one thing that I, and a few of the trainees that I mentor, would like are round 45lb plates rather than the octagonal ones at the location I attend. However, this does not deter me from achieving my strength goals.

Charging the price as the HIGH INCOME area but giving low income, service and amenities ... JUST RIDICULOUS..... I talked to a manager, I talked to two managers and they were not able to rectify this problem. So this is the reason for this review.Stop calling me Youfit! Take me off your list, I am not a member of your GYM!

I have been visiting this club for over a year now, and lately I have seen a remarkable change in the cleanliness and management of the gym. Bello was very helpful when I asked for assistance with a machine.

I enjoy having my gym literally in my backyard. I can roll out of bed and choose to either drive or walk to the gym everyday and I love it!

I canceled my trainer in November since I was told by my trainer I should cancel 1 month prior to my 3 months which I did.These people collect my money for December which was fine because they explained that since am canceling am still responsible for payments for that month.January they didn’t went in my account but February they went in and took $456.00 and attempted to take another $456.00 over the weekend.Am trying to get the manager there no one called back.

Used to like this place until I was told I couldn’t jump rope there. That’s my favorite way to exercise I’m paying every month not to be able to do what I love to do most and best way to burn calories jump rope. How ironic considering it’s a gym. All the staff are nice though.

Dont go there its not worth it there are no cameras in the parking lot and they broke into 4 cars including mine at the same time and the security guard was no were to be found be careful cause they dont care. This happened two nights ago. Its a good place to work out as far as working out the basics. But I live right around the corner and I would not be going back

Great facility. I was visiting from Montreal this week and was looking for a 3 day pass. The facility is clean and the staff very friendly, and the equipment seemed well maintained . I would definitely come back!

Ive been coming to this location for 2 years. I really love it. Its always busy but i can come in and do my workouts still. The staff is always polite and its always clean.

Con men tricksters and incompetent employees. As much as I dislike name calling, this place is worst. Do not use their You coach program or you will be very sorry. They will not allow you to cancel your contract until they have at least charged you for 2-3 month over the stated contract length. I signed up for 3 month and the coach (Kibwe) told me that he will set it to cancel at the end of the term, because they will continue to bill my account. After 3 month I see that I was billed twice, and I called and asked why I’m still being billed and I was told that they canceled the contract so they’re not sure why. I contacted the corporate office and someone told me that after 3 month they must bill be for another month, but the fitness locations are not aware of this. I asked, how am I supposed to know this if the coaches who signed me up don’t even know this policy and she said, “good point”. I requested again that my account be refunded and make sure that it’s canceled. Needless to say I called the club on multiple occasion and they kept telling me the same thing, that they are working on canceling the contract with corporate and they will call me back. I never received a call back from Kibwe or the location manager who is fully aware of the issue. I contacted my bank and ask them to stop payment and a few days later they tried to bill us again and was denied. The corporate office contacted us to ask why the payment wasn’t made and we told her that we canceled this over a month ago. The corporate representative said “oh, I see that you requested to cancel, but you have to go to a branch to do so. Sigh! We have been there and still nothing was done. Imagine the headache we’ve been through. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY! I canceled my gym membership as well. Horrible people, horrible service and they just don’t care!

I decided to sign up to a temporary membership with Youfit Health Clubsduring my stay in Florida whilst on holiday from the UK.

Called these ppl 3 times on 12/4 at 11:20pm and they picked up the phone and hung up 3 times. Great customer service.... You just lost 2 customers.

It seems calling the police on their members is a Youfit tactic when you ask for quality service. Nothing good can come of someone calling the cops on you. The cops are going to see you as a felon, who should be treated like a criminal. I am a Teacher and I have never been arrested, so to be threatened by employees in a gym is a no-no. Avoid this location, they are horrible!

These people are thieves!!! The only reason I still go to that gym is Becuz it’s literally 40seconds Drive from my House. They’re charging me every other week for training sessions that was suppose to be a one time charge until the last month and refuse to reimburse me. It’s unbelieveable how the current lady manager there is actually a “manager” .. also recently got charge the annual fee so imma go there for a few more weeks then I’m done with them! I’ll gladly take the extra miles to planet fitness or crunch. They must think I pick my money from the ground. 0 stars if I could.

Staff is rude as rude can get! I signed up for a 7 day pass attempted to go but I accidentally signed up at the wrong lo ation. So I tried again and made sure that it was the right location. I went in to get my work out on and was told by the guy at the front desk in a very loud & obnoxious way Dude It aint happening in other words he denied my new 7 pass do to previous sign up even though I did not attend. This gym has a stench of anus.. so I wouldnt have enjoyed my time there anyway.

I canceled my gym membership because of Covid . I was not informed that I had to cancel 10 days before so they would not charge my account . Also the document that I signed did not state that information . The Person I spoke with didn’t even care . Horrible communication I WILL never refer anyone to Youfit . I don’t understand how you pay $10 to cancel and still get charged . Worse experience ever !!!

I work out consistently for 10 years and i have been a member of you fit for 4 years. I have a lime membership which allows me to use any available branch. I live in boynton and visited my mom in ft Lauderdale.I decided to use this branch and was amazed at the professional service given. The gym is very big and very cleanJansi the store manager and associate Kdron were very professional. I give this you fit 4 out of 5 stars.I withheld a star because youfit closes 8 on the weekends we need a midnight branch for consistency.

I will only patron this Youfit out of convenience. Otherwise, I try to avoid and recommend anyone reading this comment (especially women) to go elsewhere. The FEW times Ive been to this location, and this is within the spand of months. I see that the same issues are still present in the Womens lockeroom. Unfortunately, the Womens lockeroom only has 2 shower stalls. A large handicap stall and a standard stall. Occasionally the handicap stall is clean, but most of the times youll find something gross in there. On the occassional days thatthe handicap stall is clean, it has the same drainiage issue. Within minutes, of turning on the shower a pool of water will form at your feet. I reported this to the front desk staff and Im not surprised the issue wasnt resolved. The standard stall is no better, with a showerhead that has been broken for months. The water pours out like a kitchen sink faucet (barely the size of a quarter.) In addition, the water take up to 5 minutes to warm up. This Youfit deserves no stars, and driving out of your way to another location will be more convenient in the long run.

Youre able to get your basic workout in here. The problem i had with this gym was the fact that the monthly membership is $15 and not $10 as advertised. $10 is is the promotional rate which expires after a year. In addition to this theres an annual fee....a cancellation fee.....if you dont cancel within 10 days of your next membership due date youre responsible for the following month. With all these fees you only get what i stated earlier a place to get your basic workout. A casual lifter may not have any issues working out here but for anyone thats a bit more involved, the establishment also has a few other annoying rules; when doing powerlifts the noise has to be at a minimum....youre not allowed to have a bag with you (which you would carry any extra equipment you may have). For the price of the membership there are competing gyms in the area that gives you more options (space and facility). It will work for some and not others.....it didnt work for me

I wasnt propertly instructed correctly as of being my first time there and no one gave me a tour of the place or how the lime card works at all and what the deal on the people who has the lime card or the offers that they can get, plus i was instructed online once I sign up and head to the location that I would get these things Membership Benefits- Unlimited Guest Privileges- Group Exercise Classes- Half Price Beverages- Exclusive Lime Card Key Tag- YouFit T-shirtI wasnt told any of these things and i was not offer a T-shirt or any of the following beside the lime card, and the reason why I chose this location because it was closer to my house.... I was very upset on how when i arrive on the second day that I proceeded to walk towards to weight machine and the coach with long dreads who was training a young lady told me I couldnt used any of the 7 machine that was in the area because he was using all the machine to train one young lady and he was very rude and disrespectful and told me I had to wait with an attitude till he finish with all his session with the young lady and than I can used them, he never not once came to me and told me he was finish training the young lady ... I was service very poorly and I would not recommend this place to anyone of my family or friends at all... Ill make sure Ill blog this on my post.... I will never go back their again

Worst YouFit Ive ever been to.Addendum: They processed a $10 cancellation for me, and then told me the cancellation was invalid because of a past due balance. So WHY process the cancellation without telling me?!
