Complete clean pledge what a lie. My car was hit in a parking lot so I had to take my car in for repairs at dealership there is an Enterprise at Massey Yardley 777 n. State road 7 plantation fl. If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. First the guy was 45 minutes late Massey Yardley had to call him twice to come. Then his computer wasnt working and his tablet and then the credit card terminal didnt work. He couldnt check to see if my insurance covered the rental Collision coverage (which i does I have full coverage insurance). So I was forced to pay extra for theirs. Then he gave me a dirty car trying to tell me that it was stains. I was like so your telling me the Cheetos crumbs and sand and white sticky stuff on the back leather seats are stains. So he was like Ill send it to be cleaned. I was like I have a baby on life support that I have to drive around and it is covid you have to do better. So after 2 hours of waiting I have the van. He tells me for all the inconveniences I marked the vehicle gas on empty for you. I get in the van it smells so bad inside I start driving off and guess what the freaking van was on empty anyways so no favor for me. I had to get gas first thing. I pull down the visor and receipts from the previous rental people fell on my lap so so much for being cleaned. Once home I had to spend the next hour wiping the car down with Oxivir hospital cleaning wipes before I could put my medical fragile baby in the car. I called customer service made complaint this was on Monday morning 7/5/2021 and I still havent heard from anyone. Plus he couldnt even print me my paperwork because everything was not working. Worst service ever do not use this place

Wow Im not kidding Enterprise totally Rock!!! great service employees out-of-this-world beautifully and will help you so much. thats were we go whenever we want to rent a vehicle my husband and myself enjoyed going there. Why because they rolled out the carpet and thats what you want keep it up guys because you are the best.Oh yeah I forgot to mention the Price Is Right and they do it with a smile!!!!Mp
This location is the worst in Ft.Lauderdale. Honestly a last resort if the other locations aren’t open. I’ve had several poor experiences with the employees at this facility, and I rent cars with enterprise very often.. & out of all the offices I visit to pick up cars, this location is always a problem. There the only location that nit picks me for everything. I’ve been able to rent 9 cars this year with enterprise and was getting ready cash in on my free rental today, when all of a sudden my address is not verified in there system. Same system all of the other locations use, which I’ve had the same address for years.. I tell the lady how I just returned a car a few days ago and they didn’t give me an issue. Regardless, of my rental history and rapport I’ve established with the company this location would not rent me a car, and really inconvenienced me today as I really needed to rent a car for a trip out of town and back.

Jessica & Tamara were phenomenal. I had issues with my pick up time and return time, as things were delayed significantly for my trip and these ladies stepped in and helped in any way they could. When Im in South Florida, I will definitely rent from here again.
I had a good experience renting a car here. Was upgraded to a much nicer vehicle for free. The vehicle was due for an oil change and the maintenance sign was on every time I turned on the car, but it didnt affect me driving it.
My 3rd time renting from you guys and the cars never gave any issues.. Just got back from orlando and the person who help me at this branch was CHRIS he did a good job imspecting the vehicle And was easy to talk to.. Service was good. Thanks again..
We always have a great experience at enterprise but this time around the car we receive was not clean at all. Its smell like smoke, there was water still on the car as if they just washed it and didnt have time to do anything else beside that and we had to wait atleast 30 minutes before we get a car and the reservation was made months in advance and I called a day prior to confirm my reservation.
If i could give this location 6 stars I would! Nick provided top notch service that I dont think could be matched at any other rental company. Nick went above and beyond and took great care of us. I will not go to any other place but this location. Hands down the best experience I have had at a rental company.
Ran out of cars🤦🏾♀️ Why would the website let me book a rental and waste my time and gas driving over here to find out they dont even have cars to rent? And what is up with having people wait outside in the heat for a car that you dont even have in stock, instead of limiting the number of customers in the lobby? Im also disappointed in the disregard for customer safety and satisfaction by encouraging customers to continue to wait in the hot summer sun for a car to become available. To add to the disappointment, this wasted a huge chunk of my vacation time with my family😡

Just rented a car last week Friday and I must say the experience with the Enterprise Sales Rep Obika was very pleasant and he knew what he was doing he really made me feel like VIP treatment . I gave 5 stars, wish I could give more . I returned my car this morning and I saw the same sales rep and he greeted me and he remembered my name . Awesome customer service, he really has the customer service skills . I will be back again and I will tell everyone to asks for him. Thanks Obika for your wonderful experience .
Worst experience ever!. I made a reservation on May 21st for a pick up on June 11th, that is over 2 weeks in advance. On the day of my pick up for 10 am, I wasnt able to make it at 10 so about 9am i called to ask if it was possible for me to come at 11 to pick up instead, due to certain circumstances. When i called a lady told me, that a matter of fact they were trying to call me the day before to let me know that they didnt have the car I reserved(a minivan) due to high demand. She said they weren’t able to get to me because the phone number was incorrect, i checked, and she was right the phone mumber was off by 1 digit.But hello, there is my email you could have emailed me and also 1 day before my scheduled pickup is so inconvenient for a customer to now have to basically come up with a new plan about to to get to their destination without a car.(a plan that was made 2 weeks ago in advance).The point is why was I able to make a reservation if they had a high demand on a certain vehicle,that was made over 2 weeks ago. The website should have never let me reserved the vehicle if thats the case. Anyway the lady on the phone said they sent out to get more minivans from another location and that they also has people who were already waiting inside who also wanted minivans and that they will call me in 2 hours for a update. (absolutely absurd to me) However,I did not wait for them to call because I needed to be on my way because i had a 3hour drive ahead of me. When i arrived at the location approximately 11:15/11:30 they still didn’t receive any minivans and was told that they still had people waiting and it was probably goin to be 2 hours wait time which when i called at 9 they said 2 hours wait n now another 2 hours wait which is now 4 1/2 hours wait RIDICULOUS! if u ask me. I called another location to see if they had any minivans but they said no, at this point i was jus over it 😠(we were also given another option to rent another kind of minivan but was told they don’t accept debit cards only credit cards for that offer, but neither of us had credit cards). After speaking to my friend who came to the pickup with me we quickly had to rearrange our whole plan for the trip and decided the only solution at this point was to go ahead and rent 2 cars which was such a huge inconvenience for everyone involved on this trip. One of the woman that works there said it was like a first come first served even if u reserved the vehicle online WHICH MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO ME!! why does Enterprise even have a “reservation” website if your “reservation”, isnt an actual “reservation”?somebody make it make sense please. If you made a reservation and another customer comes to get the same car you reserved, the computer should automatically let the employees see that they dont have any available because it has already been reserved. I would assume that’s how reservations work.Anyway a little after 1pm after deciding to now rent 2 cars me renting one and another friend renting another, we were finally out of there. Worst experience ever!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. *****CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION***** when renting from this Lauderdale Lakes location. We are frequent renters due to work travel and have had several problems with this location. The previous problems I brushed off and left alone however this rental experience I cannot leave along and have to share the review. I have reached out to corporate and I am awaiting a call back from them as well. I reserved a car for my husband two weeks a ago for a full size rental. He showed up on 10/13/20 at 2pm to pick up his rental only to be told no full size cars were available & if he wanted one he would need to wait because they only had a pick up truck and compact truck. Well neither would work for us because we have a four year old and a twelve year old so compact truck or pick up truck would not be comfortable for out family ride. The agent Jessica (last name unknown) because she bluntly yelled out Just Jessica, you dont need my last name was the rudest enterprise agent I have ever came in contact with. She has also been a little rude at previous rentals however I am not sure if she was having a bad day but she was totally unprofessional on this day. The full size car that came in for me to rent was return by a female who also cautioned me about Jessica saying how rude she is and how she hates to rent with this location when she sees Jessica. I spoke with the manager on duty that day Dan Ayers who was not very helpful at all. I explained to him I would be calling corporate and his response was just okay. He also say agents dont have to give their last names even if its to complain on them. He said her name is Jessica and she is the only one at this location. Fast forward to today, Monday 10/16/20 we go to return the car and be told they can not close out the rental because of scratches that are on the vehicle. Now on Friday my husband told Jessica about the scratches on the the car and she said okay. We just found out today she did not document the scratches. Why??? We have no idea but now we have to wait for a call from Dan or either Jeremy is what weve been told to see why Jessica did not document the scratches to the car and they may file a claim against us. I dont know how much worst things can get but I can only imagine given the poor customer service we have experienced with the agents. I have placed another call to corporate today and left messages with those agents of which I was told managers from the regional offices will be giving me a call to handle this recent issue. Please do your families a favor and avoid the hassle by renting from other locations until they can figure things out with their staff. Maybe some additional customer service training will be helpful along w/policies about how things should be documented up rental pickup and rental return.
I must say that Ive rented from Enterprise the last couple of times Ive traveled and the vehicles are top-notch! I used to go to the airport and use the Lesser agencies but Enterprise is by far the best. Clean cars, super nice agents. At this point I dont think Ill ever rent from anyone else.
I had no problem renting with this location. I came and asked a few questions and Dan, one of the most helpful staffers there answered all of my concerns. He was able to find a car that was best for me and within my budget. If you need to rent a car this is the place, and you don’t need a credit card to do so.
The suv we reserved online wasnt available when we got there so we had to downsize which i had no big issue with but then they say they dont accept my form of payment. Its not a prepaid/gift card and clearly says debit visa so we just cancelled the reservation. A big waste of time.
I enjoyed my rental.The only thing is that they should gave you the option to choose your own insurance that you want, not what they think is best for you.
They were great friendly every time I call I had to get my truck fixed so I extended my rental for about 2 weeks they handled everything perfect this the only place I’ll rent from thanks to everyone ❤️❤️❤️

This is the best Enterprise location in Florida. Ive been renting a Car every week since I got into my accident last month. Im always in and out within 15 minutes with my rental when I come to this location. Deja, Tee & Jessica are my favorite employees there, always so professional.

Organized service and the attendants were courteous and kind. Car was clean and I had no issues. Did an after hours drop off and went smooth. It takes a few days for the transaction to show up. Initial transaction amount dropped off as I had the car for 8 days. Two transactions will show one with the security and one without. If no issues the one without the security is charged and the other drops off. Will rent again from this location.

The customer service was horrible, one of the female reps at the Lauderdale Lakes location was very disrespectful and showed no concern for the clients there. My reservation was set in March, called a week in advance to confirm and was handled like a dog on the streets. Ive been renting with this company for over 20 years and never received this type of service.

I was very displeased! because I wanted to be at my destination by a certain time and I couldnt be there, but I just tell my self that every disappointment is for a good, they kinda made up for having me waited that long for a service I reserved prior to pick up. Anyway things do happen in life that we have no control of and it was my first bad experience with the company. All is forgiven I went and fro safely thank God..
Horrible service! I made a reservation for Friday on Tuesday. They assured me they would have cars available and will pick me up at my Hotel. I arrived @12pm they said they ha e no cars available and I am on a waiting list call back in one hour. I called back every hour and they gave me the run around. One person assured me they would call me back in a hour. Well they never called and closed without a word even though I called every hour from 12- 5:30pm! Maybe it is just in FLL because I rented from Sunrise two weeks ago and they never got back to me about the car engine light being on the whole time. They charged me airport return fee after saying they would wave because of my long wait time, car not washed, and several other things. Enterprise is usually so big on customer service but I guess because it is Spring Break here it is a different set of standards. There is no point in reservations here. I had a seminar I was attending that I have to Uber to because of the inconvenience. Very disappointed and Dissatisfied

I have been renting from Enterprise for over 15 years and this was the worst customer service that I received let alone the weekend of my birthday. The supervisor, Andrew Hall spoke down to me like I was a child, and wouldnt give me a CARBON copy of my rental agreement. I literally stood on the floor while he went behind one desk helped another lady then went to another desk whereby I had to follow him like a child to ask whats going on because he wouldnt acknowledge me. I am glad they have cameras but you know how they will claim they no longer have footage, so I did my own paralegal work. It wasnt until my MALE friend came in to speak on my behalf that he actually showed some interest and spoke to me like I was human being. I wish I could upload videos on this review but I will on FACEBOOK and about the rally. I dont know if he was having a bad day but Im tired of turning the other cheek and allowing someone to be bigot towards me because I am a black woman. Dont fall for enterprises fraudulent practices!

NEVER rent a car from this location. If you have an event or special occasion to attend book with another agency. I have used Enterprise at various locations around the US, and this is hands down the worst service. They overbook reservations, so it is 100% likely when you arrive they will either A. Not have your car type and refuse to provide a free upgrade (which they are supposed to do when your reservation type is unavailable) or B. They will not have a car AT ALL. This has happened to me more than once at this location. 11/25 the day before Thanksgiving, myself and atleast 10 others that had reservations were turned away! Thankfully I called Avis Rental Car as a last minute resort and it was a complete blessing. Avis had multiple cars available and DID NOT REQUIRE A $200 DEPOSIT. After a decade of commitment. Enterprise we are DONE.
Whenever I made a reservation for a certain type of vehicle they never had it.All Im going to say is dont waist your time renting from this location. You are going to wait a minimum of 1 hour for a car that you reserved 4 months in advanced. Ive been to different enterprises in other states and other counties and when problems like this occur they automatically upgrade you.NOT HERE. Its hurry up and wait... Im considering taking my business elsewhere... I also got charged $250 for this scratch thats less than the size of a quarter. They made it like I did it on purpose. Beware of this location. Theyre all about the come up.
Enterprise needs a new inventory/reservation system! Their online portal allows you to make reservations for cars that they will not have in stock by the time you get there. It has happened to me multiple times in the past. At this point you are lucky if they have any cars in stock by the time you reservation rolls around. I was the first person in line when the store opened and that is the only reason i was able to get a car but not the car i reserved. They only had one car left for me that morning. People that got dropped off in ubers after me were turned away because they had no more cars left even though they had reservations. Its ridiculous! i will never rent from them again.
I have been using Enterprise for months now and I am just so grateful to their team member Deja, she has gone out of her way to make sure that I was well taken care of . Her professionalism is outstanding, her knowledge is superb and she has always been there to answer any questions or concerns I would ever have. My car was dirty, with barbeque sauce on gear handle area. I called and reported this to enterprise and nothing was done about it. The agent advise me she will add this issue in my contract and it wasnt. I love enterprise but not this location.
They never have no cars...I made a reservation online get to the location and no cars..then made me put my name on a list at 12p.and said we will call you....atleast the other locations online tell you there is no cars...this one dont...fast forward 3p.I called 3 times first person said we are not getting no cars...2nd person oh we had people waiting since 9a here...3rd person still no cars..came up here at 5p customer service is terrible here they dont work as a team and I feel like why not find customers other enterprises near by that have a car and you dont have to sit here an become agitated.like what is the purpose of making a reservation???never again enterprise.
Such a disappointment trying to use Enterprise for my trip. Had a reservation at a place that was closed on Sunday. They failed to inform me of this and the website never said it would be closed. Called corporate and had them move my reservation to another location. They didnt have a car and wants to charge me almost 3 times my reservation price because they only had a jeep. You run a bad business and will never get my money. Bad support and I have no sympathy for badly run business. Get it together.

We had an awful experience at this location. We made a reservation one day before, and we are tourists not local.We book an uber and came at the location on time, waited 20 minutes in line to find out that there was no car for us. The convertible car we booked was given to somebody else. They said that they called us, but we were in the plane, we didn’t receive any text messages or emails.We asked at least them to bring the car for us from another location but they refused.This was not professional at all. Definitely don’t recommend them!!!
Wish I could give ZERO STARS but at this location all the employees are a NOT ON ONE ACCORD every single employee says this and that and another employee might come and say we can’t do that! I have been having financial difficulties with my own car due to mechanical issues and I came to enterprise for help! at the time I receive a rental back in March I explain to employees there that I will need to be in a vehicle for quite some time due to car issues that I was having due to COVID-19 and not working as many hours as I was before I am still having the same Car issues and problems with my own vehicle just yesterday I went to renew a contract with a existing account open with a rental that I have had for a while! After speaking with several employees at this location they had explained to me that I was not the only customer that needed to have a car longer than six months I was told that several customers have had cars up to a year due to personal issues that they have had to rent a car for so long! So leaving nothing be grace in all the enterprise workers hand, things became shaky. Three weeks ago I was led to call corporate due to being spoken to unprofessionally when all I asked was a question I don’t care who you are and what position you hold being courteous and understanding to people is more better than coming off very harsh and unprofessional, I am a firm believer that yes regardless of who we are we do have up-and-down days but when you are working in a position it’s not what you say it’s how you say what you say to a person for them to react or retaliate on what’s being said! So three weeks ago I asked a question and it turned into a smart comment and then this is what led me to call corporate within a week I return back to that location the manager also the young lady I called in on demeanor and attitude has changed towards me then like I was saying before yesterday I went back to renew my contract to have another set of four weeks to pay on for a car that I was renting And I was told by a wonderful young lady that has always have been professional with me every time I spoke with her and her new manager did not except my payment method that I was trying to offer but the same card that I used to make the payments from before was the same card that I had been using since March and we’re now in November with no further information being told they told me that I cannot be in that vehicle anymore and I have to return it leaving me stranded without a ride for the moment also missing work due to not being able to have a car to transport myself! Within hours I contacted another enterprise which told me that my payment method will be just fine and that I have went through them once before at this location so it shouldnt be a problem however the Lauderdale Lakes location needs more then a new manager they need to be manageable! In conclusion I found out that my experience at that location was not well like I said it’s all about being professional regardless of what you do and how you do it and it’s also about having hospitality, A caring heart and understanding to your work place and your customer! Being Professional and showing hospitality represent you and your company and also who you are as a person! A lot of times people look at reviews and feel like oh they’re trying to bash me and the company NO its here to make the company better! we all want change but the change start with not corporate not management it starts with little people that deal with that every day crisis of the company and thats You! Do better and we will be better as a whole!

The only way I could have had a better experience was if I had gotten the car for free. They were courteous and respectful both during the pickup and return of the vehicle.
This is my worst experience with enterprise rental car. I had reservations and I had to wait 45 minutes to receive the 7 passenger van I rented and for which I confirmed I will be picking up. The van had no windshield washer fluid in it I told the man when he finally brought the vehicle and he said he will take it and fill it up. Granted while on turnpike I tried to use the wipers and no water came out. I feel it was a safety hazard and should not happen. I returned the van and advised them to check to see why windshield wipers fluid dispenser was not working. This was the first time at this location and I will not return every customer had a long waiting time because they were not organized and representing Enterprises frontline of customer service. This location needs leadership and training.
If there was a wirst star for this rental place I would use it.I have used Enterprise many time to rent a car with a major credit card and a debit card and never had an issue with them but today just killed it for me with themThis is the second time and today is the last time I will ever try to rent from them again. I made made resevations for a car I get there for my 9am pickup only to be told that no car is available and I need to come back at 11am with no gaurantee that I woukd get a car at 11am.Mind you I told the Rep I had to be at work and we are travelling that same evening.The customer service rep that I was working with just disregard me as if I was there begging for a car.Unacceptable and they just lost a customer.
It was my first time renting at that location, I regret I didn’t book my desire vehicle, I booked the we pick option and I received an economy car to go out of town. I couldn’t pass 60 mph without putting an effort and holding the wheel with both hands. Let’s not forget it was raining and had other people in the car. Lesson learned!11/25It’s really a hit or missed but my last 3 times been great so far.

Unprofessional thieves I followed a friend that was having an issue,and followed her to drop off the shaky,dirty and uncomfortable seats that we got in the van rented.The guy with locks that told us at approximately 10:30 A.m to put key in drop box,that is against policy as we were just told,said he didnt tell the customer that,so now we are liars and the manager is now charging for the extra day that she deducted for the disservice by cheating.Do not go to Lauderdale Lakes location zero customer service and THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!
RENTERS BEWARE!!! This particular location has a reputation of finding scratches on your vehicle AFTER you have returned it. Youll think everything is fine until you receive a damage and INVOICE in your email mailbox. To make matters even worse, they rush the vehicle off to a repair shop before you get a chance to inspect whatever damage theyre claiming. This is BAD BUSINESS. The center is run by 20 something year olds who have absolutely no clue as to what theyre doing. This practice is their way of keeping their vehicles new looking at YOUR EXPENSE.You call them to try to discuss and get clarification, they quickly forward you to their claims department. One of their Regional Managers even reached out to me and did absolutely nothing. Then... If it cant get any worse than it is, they will AUTOMATICALLY charge your credit card for a deductible (mine was $200).Im contacting BBB, and everyone who will listen. This is unfair and shady business practices.I put a lifetime block on my credit card for Enterprise and will never use them again. Plenty of other competitors to choose from.
This enterprise location is quite professional in terms of how they treat their customers, especially I would thank Tanease who helped my friend in receiving the car on time and that too was fully washed and sanitized.Since the car we book was not available, we were given a free upgrade for which I would thank Tanease.Would go again and rent from this location

They are the baddest, they are the worst, I mean they are the capital of unproffesionlism, unorganized and lie to customers about deposits being given back to you in full amount. I will never recommend this specific car rental place thats on Lauderdale Lakes and 441. In conclusion, they should be shut down and reported for stealing money and scamming good people out of there money and adding extra days to there car rental. NEVER GO THERE THEY ARE CROOKS.
How about -5 Stars? Horrible rental experience and will never use again. I even called and email Enterprise multiple times and got NO RESPONSE. Car that was given to me smelt like a dead body had been in there. It was so bad my passengers got sick. That was after I sprayed a bottle of Scentsy spray and Ozium. We even considered bringing the car to the local police department. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!ADD ON TO ENERPRISE RESPONSE....... Customer service is not the utmost importance to you!!! If it was, you would have already responded to the numerous emails, phone calls, and the emails to [email protected]. I have tried for days and I get no response. I was even told by your Ft Lauderdale location that thet have no manager and the kid I talked to was attentaive as a squirrel. He even admitted to me that they didnt have enough cars for your customers becasue your company sold them to recover during COVID.
I really wish I could give a rating of -5 stars. Deja with the thick, unprofessional eye lashes needs to be trained over or just moved from the front line of customer service!!! She flat out told me to go find a location that has a mini van because they dont have one. My reservation was made 5 days prior to my rental date and she really turned the entire situation around as if it were my fault that they didnt have the van. This representative was checking to see what other branches had a van and while Im outside waiting in the rain, she actually left for lunch. 20 minutes later, another representative (Tanease) came out to assist me, but she didnt resolve the issue at all!! Customer service was great. I was in and out in no time. I called because I was a day late but they were very understanding. When i returned the car customer service was great and I was in and out. I highly recommend renting at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Place not too bad but via phone they tell you, your all set and have a car for the day. But when arriving to the office they say they don’t have any cars available and they book 24 hours in advance. But when speaking to the company on the phone for that location they say everything is all set and take your card information for the reservation. When arrived to office, we were told that they don’t pick up their own phone calls and that it’s their call center who picks up the phone calls and makes the reservations without knowing if there’s anything available. The office and the call center should communicate between each other to provide a better customer service. In the end we did receive a car but had to wait at least an hour until they fixed everything.
They were very helpful and accommodating with my reservation.

The worst customer service! If you book a car in advance, doesnt mean you will get it! So you get there and find out there is no car for you, and the best advice they give you is to go and search somewhere else!And they dont care that you waste your time and money for uber! And the excuse is-we called you, but you didnt answerNo emails, no text messages, nothing, and they dont care that a person can be in a plane and not be able to answer!They dont deserve to be in a business!
Lauderdale lakes Florida branch is the best never had a problem. Never a long wait especially with the pandemic literally there for 10 minutes at the most every time friendly staff my experiences there were great....thank you
**Update: (4 months post rental) DO NOT be impressed by their responding to your reviews. I sent a follow up email to have a representative respond advising someone would reach out to address my issues. To this day no one has called or emailed. Its actually comical, I presume they respond online to give consumers the idea that they actually care to correct or resolve their grievances. Not only is this location terrible, but so is their customer service team. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again!Today’s experience with Enterprise was absolutely ridiculous. I intentionally made reservations in advance (8/16) to avoid issues on the day of pick up (today 8/21). When I got to the location, I was advised there would be a minimum hour wait and was encouraged to go home and a representative would call me once my rental was ready. After an hour and a half of waiting, I decided to return to the location. Upon arrival, I realized all the patrons who were given the same minimum hour wait had already been serviced and greeted by a group of new customers waiting to be helped. I had to wait an additional half hour to only be told the vehicle type I reserved was still unavailable. That was absolutely hard to believe considering people who arrived after me were obviously provided a car before me, even though they assured me that my place in line would be held. The representative Nick was very passive aggressive about their locations mismanagement of reservations and showed little to no interest in myconcerns or experience. I unfortunately had to settle for a smaller vehicle and not only was it smaller but it has a horrible cigarette stench that I have no choice but to accept because no other rental car companies had SUV’s available. I’m 6 months pregnant and accompanied by 2, 4 year olds. I literally have to travel with a bottle of febreeze and spray intermittently to cover the smell. It really bothers me that as a paying customer, that myself and my family have to be subjected to this. I really hope their management team finds a better way of preparing for weekend reservations to avoid issues like this again. I’m totally disappointed and truly regret having to spend my hard earned money on this car.

I have been renting with Enterprise for a year in November. The first Enterprise I went to near Fender Mender across of Lockhart stadium I did not like the customer service. When the pandemic hit that location closed down ultimately I had to change locations and go to the Lauderdale Lakes location, which has been the best I should have went to this location initially but it was convenient for me due to it being 5 mins from my job. When I started to come to this location I met the manager Z and an agent Deja, omg I love the treatment from day one they always remembered my name I dont know if she is his assistant but I always have the both of the working with me when ever I need anything. Im always addressed by Ms. Harris. Tuesday I went to rewrite my policy to extend for another week, long story short I did not leave with the truck I had rented and needed a ride home thankfully Deja order a Uber ride for me out of kindness of her heart and told me not to worry about it she will pay for it. The very next day I needed another ride to get back to Enterprise I called spoke with Z he sent someone right away I waited maybe 10 mins for the ride. Very courteous, professional, always work diligently to get me in and out every time I come. I want to say thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication to your valued customers...

Purchased my car here on June 19, 2020...sales person name is Elta...she was awesome!...she worked with me to ensure that i was able to drive off with an automobile...despite the long day we had she stayed patient throughout the whole process...i totally recommend purchasing a car from here

We reserved the car online in advance and when arrived at the location there was no car available for us!We didn’t receive any text messages or emails to warn us that there are no cars and to avoid all the way we did from the airport till here!We are really disappointed with the customer service!
I normally dont leave a bad review. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I made a reservation online. A week in advance. Got to the center and there was not one car available. Now mind you I was going out of town. How do you make a reservation and get to the lot there are no Cars available. I had a End up driving one of our cars. Thank God we have other vehicles, however thats not the point. Then the clerk called me 3 p.m. in the afternoon and said they still didnt have any cars available. I was already out of town and at my destination. I rent from Sixt now. Great service there.

This Enterprise takes too long to check out vehicles, and too long to take vehicles back. The check-out and return processing times are horrible.

Tried to drop off a car but went into the wrong place so i tried to get out I backed into a poll. The employee came, was not nice and said drop off is in the back . The return signs are not seen clearly and its confusing to return a car. So it was a terrible experience.
At first I wasnt gonna go there because Ive had a bad experience with another Enterprise Rental car company but I gave them a shot and they really helped me out alot I didnt know how I was gonna be able to get to work doring this pandamic I have a toddler and I cant have her on public transportation right now and my car had broke down on me ...Im just thankful I was able to rent a car at Enterprise Rental cars I will diffently recommend my family and friends to go to Lauderdale Lakes and State Rd 7 Thanks to the staff ...Debra Watson

I am very disappointed with the overall process of getting a rental through Enterprise after a car accident. I am frustrated with this specific location. They lack customer service and organization. Hennie was extremely rude and condescending after she was caught in a lie by both me and an Enterprise rep from another location. I try to excuse negative behaviors as there is a global crisis underway but as long as you still have a job, you should try to accommodate your customers as best as you and can and treat them with respect.If I ever have a choice in the future, it will never be Enterprise.
When I walked into this establishment I was greeted by 2 friendly staffs. Hennie was my sales associate and handled my rental in the most professional way. She made my rental experience worthy.
