WOW! Can lighting strike twice? It sure can!We used Lumber Liquidators 10 years ago in Colorado,with amazing results, and when it came time to replace our floors in our place in Las Vegas, we went to L.L.We tried some “box” stores :( What a nightmare! We had three people trying to figure out a flooring order! And they STILL couldn’t figure it out! Not a confidence builder.We walked in to Lumber Liquidators and we knew our search was over. The customer service experience me and my fiancé had with Jessie was absolutely phenomenal. He was very informative and thorough and really took his time and helped us in picking out our new floors which took us months to finally decide on. He even stayed a little late to make sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable with our decision, and he even encouraged us to come back instead of being pushy like we found many people can be. After speaking with him we were confident in that we made the right choice and now that our floors are installed we can confirm that decision. I never leave reviews but Jessie left me no choice with his amazing service. He was simply amazing and deserve major kudos, you guys have a special one, make sure you value him!

This store is amazing from the helpful and professional staffs Eddie, Michael, Jessie, etc to the materials they have for me. They have always everything what Im looking for and does an extra mile to provide if its not in the store just to satisfy the materials in my list. I dont know anything about materials but they showed me the best ones that is affordable and durable with all the best quality that I can asked for. I will surely recommend this store to my friends. We had our carpet removed and replaced upstairs with a wood flooring. It looks great and the installers did a fine job. Jesse at LL was super helpful and accommodating and we would definitely use him and the company again if the need arose.

I was ready to drop 1600 today to knock out my upstairs. When I walked in around 2:00pm there was no customers and 2 employees which werent prepared to sell me anything. Hello! Its tax season so yes two people under 40 will have money to buy your stuff. Anyway we didnt get greeted we wandered for a few minutes and asked a simple question which there was no answer. Asked to see a sample of one of the planks and the employee pointed at the display. This was an easy decision. We left and paid $600 more just to have our questions answered by Home Depot. Good luck staying in business with untrained salesman that dont have any social skills.

Michael and the Lumber Liquidators team were so amazing to work with from start to finish. My Nordic Fog floors are beautiful. And, huge shout out to Jose and his team from Silver State Flooring. I could not have asked for more professional installation. Thank you. I’m in love.

Will never spend my money at Lumber Liquidators again. The store manager is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about keeping someones business. The kid that placed my order didn’t have a clue what he was doing and told me my product would be in on a certain date and the store never called me to tell me I can come pick it up. The store manager also demanded I drive to the other location to get the rest of my products after I was promised they would be transferred from the other store. No exceptions. I will pay more in the future somewhere else before I walk into another lumber liquidators.

These guys shipped my product to the wrong state, took myself following up to find out the mistake. This of course caused delays with my installers. Then when they said it would arrive on Saturday, it didn’t. I called several times to check on it and no one even called me back?? Now it’s Sunday and these guys still hadn’t called me back... poor service and poor communication eared Lumber Liquidators this 1 star review and buyer beware!GO TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR FLOORS AS THESE GUYS ARE INCOMPETENT!

I spoke with Edie at the Rancho LV location and he was beyond helpful in fulfilling an order that was lost at the NJ location. Before even asking how they would make this right, he jumped in and provided solutions that left me nothing but happy with them. Not only do they have great prices on Wood products, laminate flooring but the customer service Edie showed me today was outstanding!

I needed engineered oak wood flooring fast. I got 1,100 SF same day because they keep some around in their climate controlled warehouse. Saved me! Prices are great. Wood was of great quality and installed very well. I recommend this store on Rancho road.

I ordered Laminate Retro Fit stair treads 3 months ago, they finally came in and they were vinyl and not retro fit and they had a seam in them. I can’t believe that this happened and that I waited so long for the wrong item.

Eddie is the best. He made sure I had what I needed. I was driving a truck with a horse trailer. Eddie watched for me then directed me back behind the store so the horses were safe. Great experience!

Tommy was the best! He helped me with my selection and had me on my way promptly despite his lack of teamates around at the time. I felt welcome from the start and now feel like I need to think of more projects just for an excuse to go visit once again.

We scheduled for someone to come to our home to measure and give us a price. The first time was scheduled 1pm to 2pm no one showed up they finally called at 3pm told them to reschedule for the next day. The same thing happened the next day so rescheduled for today between 9am- 10am. Of course they didnt show up and finally called at 12:45pm. We just told them forget it that we will go with someone else. This is not a way to show customers how they value there business.

They have a huge selection and the prices are excellent, especially the clearance stuff. Employee was really helpful. Gave me free floor samples to take home and see how itd look. Good experience.
