We originally went with slightly less priced empire. They were 3 hours late for the install and wife cancelled the job. Travis picked up right away and came over within an hour. Gave us a good quote, and the crew showed up 10 mins early! The install went in the time they said it would, and the owner of the company Brad came and did the last piece of baseboard himself!!The job had literally zero errors and couldn’t have came out any better!

Worked on multiple jobs with Brad that required long nights and expedited delivery. Grateful for the expertise that he brings from his field of flooring. He is up for a challenge and delivers on time.

Brad was also available to address all your concerns. The work was completed on time with no problems. Travis the Design Associate was very good about explaining the different types and quality of the flooring I was looking for.

Beautiful outdoor carpeting. It was really well installed after two very competent installers repaired the concrete pad and took away the old carpet. They left the work site completely picked up. On the morning of the installation, the designer and her manager both arrived at our home along with the two installers to make sure the project was set up and completed properly. The designer stopped by the next day to inspect the work and to ask for our feedback on how things went. The attention to details throughout the project was astounding. The communication was more through than we have ever experienced throughout a project. The company treated our small project as if it was the biggest project ever. Super happy. Super impressed.

We had a flagstone floor installed in the interior specialty room. We couldnt be more pleased with the product which was sourced. Additionally, the installation was expertly done, and the installers were very professional to work with on this project. They maintained their project schedule as well, and caused minimal disruption to our lives in the process.

We recently had Floor Coverings International replace the flooring in our house. They were able to do all 900 square feet in one day which was very important to me since I work from home and multiple days of installation would have been difficult for me.The vinyl plank flooring that was recommended was very cost effective and looks beautiful.
