Boyd and Erin are the best kind of business owners - they truly love what they do, and it comes across in the way they run Rocky Mountain Campervans. From my first phone call asking Erin how this all works, to a follow up call to plan the (amazing) Utah/Arizona trip with Boyd, to the van pickup and of course, the trip itself in our rad VW van... these two go out of your way to make your trip something special. Cant wait to explore Colorado next year!

My husband and I have been renting camper vans for vacations in different states/countries for 3 years now.We have yet to have a bad experience with any of the companies we rented from.Rocky Mountain was our last rental and they were great!The owners are very responsive and their vans are well taken care of.I would highly recommend renting from them and we look forward to our next van vacation in Colorado so we can rent from their Denver location.

Our overall experience with Rocky Mtn Campervans was fantastic. The reservation process was simple (love the esignature app!) and fee structure was easy to understand. Boyd was super helpful during our orientation at pick up- putting our mind as ease and giving us the confidence to head out into the wilderness. The vans can be complicated and a bit intimidating but with his tips and a day under our belts we fealt like it was our own.My wife, me and two children spent 5+ days in the van in Death Valley National Park. We had plenty of sleeping room- cooked meals in the van - and really enjoyed “being on the road” with maximum flexibility. We are already planning our next adventure! If you’re not sure if this is for you just go for it - you won’t be sorry!

These are people that know and LOVE camper vans. Now, be aware the VW vans are not new! They all have experience and each her own personality. They are lovingly taken care of by Erin & Boyd, and if you treat them right, you will be too! I rent a lot of cars over the course of the year but this experience was personable, friendly and almost renewed my faith in America. (OK thats a tad too much).On top of that, riding in a VW van one automatically becomes part of the insider group of old VW users. (old drivers and old vehicles) Lights flash, hands wave, horns are tooted and its appreciated when you do the same. We had a great time and will probably do it again. Easy to get to from the Airport with the light rail...need any maps? Heres the library....starting out with any food? Heres a pantry with things left by the family before you. Need an extra blanket?...a camper table...bungie cords?...you name it, they probably have it.Thank you Erin, Boyd and team.
