The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff was super helpful and let me check in 4 hours early. Complementary wine daily as well as a free shuttle to and from the strip on the hour all day and night, are also great amenities. 3 different swimming pools and a hot tub are great and the fact that one of the pools is open 24hours is a game changer. 2 Cafes and an full restaurant and bar are available as well as an indoor movie theater and exercise room. I highly recommend it for people of all ages with or without children.
We are not gamblers!! We love the Grand Desert!!! Been here 4 times and have enjoyed each visit. Dont have to gamble, can relax at the resort, eat at fine restaurants, enjoy good shows and take in many interesting points in of interest. The staff here has always treated us great, the rooms are clean and appointed beautifully. See you next year Grand Desert.
I really enjoyed my stay at Tower 2. It was easy to catch the shuttle, walk or catch a taxi from the location. The pool area was so nice and the fact that they have an adult pool area where you can get drinks was so fun and a great idea. The jacuzzi was very relaxing. My only gripe was the service at the little cafe inside of tower 1. I went there with my family for a quick bite and the young people working there were impatient and rude. I ordered a salaf with chicken and never got the chicken. They served us coffee and other drinks and never offered straws, sugar, stirring sticks. When I went up to ask, one of the servers copped an attitude. Otherwise, my stay was very enjoyable. Anything I needed,(toiletries, sugar, towels) I called down to the desk and they held it at the desk for me. Look forward to going back in the future.
This place was one of my favorites with my timeshare it is sad to say the cleanliness isnt what it was. Lots of hair in the jacuzzi tubs. My favorite amenity didnt get to use it. I also left some leggings and my favorite bathing suit in the drier but no where to be found. Sadly. I dont know if Ill be back.
Beautiful place. It was nice to see visitors walking around with great big smiles on their faces. Really enjoyed our stay.
Stayed here for 8 nights and it was great. Hotel is clean, nice staff, parking is readily available, and the location is rt in the middle or close to everywhere we wanted to go. There are 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids. They have a large gym for workouts. And they have shuttles. The pillows and bed were darn comfortable, so after a long night out, sleep was awesome. Highly recommend staying here.
Very nice rooms and the staff were great. I loved the amenities, the cafe, and onsite coffee. Always a great time.
They spent more time trying to sell us a timeshare, when we were already staying in one, then addressing the disgusting condition the kitchen was left on when we arrived. We were told we would get a call from the manager, instead we had to call an hour later to get the problem dealt finally death with; wish I took a picture, the runner -not actual housekeeping- did. We never bothered to open the microwave again because our time was very short and they didnt seem to care so why risk it. Cannot recommend this place in terms of cleanliness and customer service. But hey its Vegas and if you want to start gambling before you get there book the Grand Desert
Club Wyndham Grand Desart Resort was awesome! We had a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and relaxing. The pools around the property were very nice and maintained well. A shuttle I available to take you to the strip every hour on the hour until 9 pm.
There were pros and cons of course. The pros outweigh the cons. Location, cost, cleanliness, and experience got the stars. Missing star was the house keeping for supplies, there were missing items needed in the room and the management addressed the items.****Shuttle use, board at tower 1 and you’ll thank me later****.
We planned a vacation(ISU football game) with 20 of our good friends 6 months prior to our reservation! When we arrived to check in the told us that we had been bumped to a different location. It was only us and two of the other couples. They split our group without any notification to a lesser quality location! Terrible customer service! Will never book throughp Wyndham again!
Super nice resort, very good staff with the exception of marketing. They are reason for only 3 stars. Their overbearing, pushy, obnoxious, dog chasing a bone, never take no sales pressure is counter productive. Not only would I never purchase from them, Im borderline not going to stay there again.
Always enjoy our time this resort. Jeremy and the guys at the adult pool bar are tons of fun and a wealth of Vegas knowledge. If you want a relaxing and fun stay off the strip but in the sun with a great service staff, this is the place for you!
It started off optimistic, just wanted for once something could be as advertised. We were looking forward to having a vacation rental that we could invest in that we also Could rent out when not using . We were very upfront about our intentions . In short come to find out they were newly changing rules ( just after we signed on) so that we would not be able to rent . And said they were cancelling owners reservations made a year in advance. So we had to cancel something we had every intention of honoring and taking advantage of . As long as we pay our part why would owners care how we managed our points / time as long as all users wererespectful when using. Hopefully we will find what we are looking for in one of the time shares . I mean they all can be hoaxes?? Right ??? Smh
Went here to meet a friend. His room was very nice. Id stay there.
What a great place to vacation and rest, convenient by the strip.Nice crowd, safe feeling.
From the minute my husband and I arrived on the property our experience was awesome. We stayed in a 2 room suite on the 5th floor and we were overwhelmed at how spacious our room was. Jimmy in member services was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had. The key 2 wyn game was not functioning properly as we were only able to play it once a day as the game site wouldnt give us our 2nd play of the day. the shuttle frequency should be increased to more than once an hour. The day before we left the cable and internet was out from 6am to 9pm, which may of not been your fault, but communication of the technical difficulties could of been better.
Did as an exchange. So paid exchange fee, than after I booked they came out with a cleaning fee for 95. Not sure what it covers because you have to pay more to actually have them clean room. Room Was dirty, bathroom gross with so much hair who knows when they cleaned it last, from sheet down to the mattress pad wired stains. Took over an hour to get clean bedding. Cant escape sale pitch although already there as member, and flat out lied. Got charged another 40 bucks that at one point will be credited back...all while having friends that been driving for hours and one with mobility issues stand there and wait on me because I couldnt get away from sales pitch. Asked if they knew about wheelchair or something...nope. somewhat confusing since half lobby appears to be RCI selling you membership. Machine to get a latte was broke by the pool, handed my friend hot water with chocolate powder for 8 dollars. So maybe good enough if you stay for free on one of their sales pitches, but if you paid like me, 1 star is to many. Only thing they are on top off is listening to sale pitch, they will call you constantly and regularly. Everything else, you are on your own. Tried getting a handicap taxi. Ceasars and gold nugget total customer service, their good luck! So 1 star cause location decent, 1 star few people were nice and somewhat helpful. Oh, forgot about the cleaning card in the hallway for the entire 4 days we were there. Dirty towels? Clean towels? Who knows. Did find a bag of towels in front of the door. I guess that was what the 95 was for?
Hotel is beautiful, clean, and friendly staff! Im not sure about this shuttle bus I never saw it. It runs so sporadic I think they need to have more of a dispatch to know where the bus is and when its coming. However we took cabs most places which was not expensive as the hotel centrally located.
Nice time share facility. The rooms were updated. You can tell it’s getting worn but overall a very nice place to stay.
Our family and 4 other families booked rooms at the Wyndam Grand Desert back in April for the September 18th UNLV vs ISU football game. We called ahead and asked that our rooms be near each other, and were all told that we would be. 2 of the families checked in on Wednesday before the Saturday game. The other 3 families tried to check in Thursday and were told to go to a different resort, the Wyndham was booked. They were moved to a small resort that wasnt as nice and have tried and tried to contact the Wyndam. No one will even speak with them. Its been almost 2 weeks. Ive never heard of such terrible customer service or of someone getting moved to a different resort after making reservations so far in advance. None of us will ever stay at a Wyndham again. If anyone from the Wyndham reads these reviews, we are telling everyone we know about what happened. We were looking forward to spending a vacation with our friends and hardly got to see the families staying at the other resort.BEWARE! I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
Accommodations are great staff is friendly this is a timeshare hotel this was one of their busy time but it was nice
Irmas in the oasis was fantastic. Such a fast worker. She needs to be appreciated. View is always perfect on my request. I visit once a year. Have not visited because of covid. Jeni treats me very well and appreciate her personality. I could not get hair dryer to work. Maybe it was my problem in room 1350. Very enjoyable stay...
Give it 3 Stars due to the fact they charged me an undisclosed $95 resort fee upon arrival. Other than that, not bad place.
It is a little bit of a walk from the strip, but is great for those looking for something near the strip that isnt a casino hotel with a resort fee. The pools were lovely, and the kids enjoyed playing giant chess and cornhole in the kids area. Our family suite was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Be aware that daily house cleaning is an added expense. The suite had a kitchen area that was adequately equipped for a few easy cooked meals.
Well maintained. Aesthetically pleasing. Walkable distance to the strip. Check in was a little drawn out if I’m being critical but timeshares.
Awesome place to stay and very close to LV Strip 🤩🥰😍
LOVE IT!!!! The staff is wonderful and dont forget about friendly. They make you feel so special and welcome. If it was a 10 star, I would give them a 10 stars.
Great place, great staff had a mini vacation weeks back. Presidential Suite for my family of 9.
Could have more personnel helping guest enjoy there stay and less sales people occupying the halls. When your need for help or service is overran by sales people....its time to add more people like the bell hops and service techs. Without them the stay would have been miserable.
Extremely grateful to all the staff members for taking great care of us. My heart sank when the entire 5th floor fire alarm was triggered. My family and I left the room as soon as we could, and immediately security was there to tell us it was a false alarm. They blocked off the elevators, and confirmed again it was all clear. It was comforting to know not only do they have have a working alarm system in place, but they have a proper protocol in place to keep families safe. They were even thoughtful enough to call and make sure we received our housekeeping supplies after the alarm issue was resolved. Every request was accommodated, from an early check in, extra housekeeping supplies, to help with bringing groceries up to the condo. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their jobs. Near all the hustle and bustle of Vegas with all the amenities of home away from home. One of the best resorts we have stayed at!
Another great vacation spot for our crew. First time at this facility. No real issues. On arrival we had a slight issue with the air conditioning, call the front desk they had someone on it in less than 10 minutes. The technician( Daniel ) was friendly cortious quick to figure out the problem. Before we could get unpacked. 5☆. Pool area was nice and staff was very friendly. Met new people from all over the place and all walks of life. Good times.
This hotel has been great I love The Wristband key cards which can be used for access to Rooms elevators paying for food, Etc. The decor is awesome and comfortable the location is close to the strip. Prepare yourself for a timeshare presentation.
Beautiful resort just off the Las Vegas strip. Not too far you cant walk. Has two beautiful pools and a couple of hot tubs you can also enjoy id you are so inclined. In the suite we stayed in there was a full kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom had a king sized bed, and huge bathroom! The second bedroom boasted Two beds ( not sure if they were full or queen sized as I slept in the master). And the second bathroom was full sized as well. The living are was nice sized with enough seating for 10 or so people. All the staff at this resort was extremely helpful and very friendly.
The one bed room deluxe is a great room. Wall paper reminds us of the secret garden though. Wish there were better food options on property. The food options seemed to have odd hours too. Be prepared to walk about 0.5 miles each way or pay for $12+ one way for Uber to nearest restaurants.
Very comfortable apartment with very friendly staff and great services. Thank you!
Its a nice family resort to stay at Las Vegas. About 3 long blocks to the beginning of main Las Vegas strip. Has its own free parking lot, clean ample space rooms with kitchen showers and Jacuzzi. Great for families, when you have to cook meals. Has 3 swimming pools. One pool is open 24hrs. Clean gym. Not too crowded. A little disappointed on arrival, Desk check in staff was great, front door staff wasnt very helpful on evening of arrival, just stood around looking at you as we were struggling with all our luggages, didnt offer to help or recommend a cart, we had multiple luggages, they watch that luggage cart like a hawk, its not a good look first arrival experience, thats just my negative experience. After that we know where the cart is we just help ourselves. Other than that everything else went well. Will recommend, surely maybe be back again.
Professional and friendly staff. Atmosphere and other guests was very friendly.Resort size was amazing, very clean and furnished with kitchen appliances as well as compact washer and dryer and other items we needed. Bed was very cozy. Great adult poolside. We really enjoyed our stayAt Club Wyndham
Positive: Amenities for a family are great. Room had full kitchen, washer and dryer along with a jet tub in the master room. I really liked the vanity sink on the master, helped a family of four get ready at the same time. Room was comfy and designed well Negative: I didn¿t like the check out time of 10am. If you only stay one day you can¿t check in until 4pm, and they want you out an hour earlier than most hotels
This place is amazing! Love the time I spent there! Very clean and very quite! I had a situation where my friend needed a ambulance called..the security down to the front desk were more than helpful! I appreciate that a lot in a business!
Room was nice and clean. Room had full size refrigerator, washer/dryer in room, master bedroom was separate room, free coffee in room was good, kids had pool, game room with free Xbox gaming and more. Also had adult pool (18+). Excellent value for the money, would highly recommend.
I didnt stay but had a meeting.Property was clean and there were a lot of folks staying there as the parking lot was pretty full. The property exterior was clean as the interior was clean and decor was lovely . I looked up property and memories were pretty good with size of rooms a decent value. My only complaint was the area was seedy and I wouldnt walk around at night especially tourist or elder folk unless you have personal protection as its legal to carry a firearm as long as its obvious and showing .Or even one of those horrid body alarms that make anyone want to strangle you if it goes off.Oh yea and property has 3 pools 🙂 nice.
I love the resort 😍. But the overly aggressive nature of the time share employees made it uncomfortable and I didnt want to go anywhere near the front desk. And them constantly calling my room was annoying. But I love ❤ the room and facilities.
Change to horrible absolutely terrible experience. We thought after saying no more times then we can count to fairly good timeshare offers we were getting a 2 year membership for $35 a month for 2 years about $400. Nope its called the discovery package an its turned into a nightmare a complete nightmare.I was asked to initial for my wife as she left. After 6 hours of saying no. They switched people on us. When we got home came to find out what we got was a discovery package. $3500 for $35 a month. The nightmare part everything was put in my wifes name. We didnt receive a contract tell after we got home. We asked them to send it. This had her digital signature on it many times over. Impossible as she left we didnt go near a computer at all. We have called faxed which only by faxing an writing them can you get a refund. No answer an its been several weeks. Worst part is my wife wont speak to me since we figured out whats happened................................................Wasnt the cleanest of places probably should of told them but saw whole pistachios in a corner. Its old so for its age overall good place. I did like the people whom gave us a Wyndham club presentation. We got a free 2 year membership because of our credit. Was disappointed they didnt upgrade us partly my fault asked a day late maybe. Still 5 of us fit well in a 1 bedroom. Two small kids 3 adults. I just cant ever see them upgrading since they supposedly were 90% booked the week after Memorial weekend.
The Hotel itself was nice but dont order food from the random food flyer. Theres a random flyer put on your room door with just a number, no business name. Food had mold, smallest piece of salmon, chicken wings were like crushed bones, probably was pigeon. When you call back they act dumb and its delivery only 🤮
Nice off-the-strip property with free wifi and a free shuttle to the strip. I stayed in Tower 2 on my first trip and Tower 3 on my second. The suite in Tower 2 was pretty immaculate. The suite in Tower 3 seemed to have older everything -- furniture, carpet, linens, etc. and no access to their parking garage. All that said, the suites are spacious and my king-sized bed was really comfy. Id definitely stay again, but Id request not to be placed in Tower 3.
Honestly one of the BEST places I visit. Beautiful rooms. Amazing tour. Only down falls covid restricted some of the amenities that I did want to try but hopefully when we visit again we get the chance. And making a decision on setting up an account with Wyndham like a time share. We was all for it however we needed time to figure out if things was in order on our behalf in order to move forward. What they was offering was truly amazing.Great Staff to assist you with everything was definitely major also. Until next time.
My husband and I frequent Vegas often and this is so far our favorite family friendly resorts. Super close to the strip and the rooms are always clean! Definitely a good place to stay with kids.
Absolutely loved this place!! My mom, my siblings and I all went here this Sunday up until today for my birthday which was on Tuesday. We all enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the enormous Jacuzzi tub!! Highly recommend. The only thing that was odd was that every time we were downstairs in the lobby of our tower, there was no workers there. That was the only weird thing but other than that we loved! Would definitely come back.
Best stay ever. We got everything we needed. 24/7 pool best for family trips. Very comfortable condo. Perfect for a relaxing vacay. Hope to stay here again
Love this Hotel~Perfect for Vegas.Plus the staff are amazing and helpful- plus overall very friendly.Ill spend my days in the pools with a margarita 😍🍹
Shuttle was never on time. Tub was stopped up, had to call maintenence because A/C wouldnt work after we lost power for over 2 hours.
Nice rooms. Good service. Close to the strip, about a 20 min walk to MGM casino. Pools are nice.
Great place! Loved the rooms and the amenities. Parking was awesome. The wrist bands were my favorite! So convenient! Very close to the strip. Definitely worth it to upgrade to a room with a view of the strip. It was magical at night! Heated pools were excellent and who doesnt love a full kitchen?
Immaculate rooms the place is bigger than most cities Ive been in. When into the Room and its not a Room its like a condo. Theres 2 separate rooms a couch in living area kitchen 2 bathrooms I mean this is the nicest place Ive ever stayed. A big shout out to Christian and Mary who are members of this club Wyndham program and tell me its a great thing and now I see why. Im thinking of even becoming a member myself will see how the stay goes and go from there. Were here for 2 nights and Im going to go out and see what I get into a bunch more post to show. Hope you guys enjoy face it promotions approved
Only on my first full day here but so far it is amazing! I love the kitchen, washer/dryer, jetted bath tub and separate shower. It is only about 1.5 miles from the strip. The pool and hot tub are both nice as well.
We arrived to visit some relatives on vacation staying on property. Clean inside and out, very well maintained and the room was very nice. Amenities were adequate and nothing seemed out of place or out of order.
Nice introduction to Vegas! Professional staff, great amenities(pool for adults and kids, jacuzzi, small store on site, beverages, the resort grounds were very well groomed, etc.), cafe prepared delicious food, and location was central enough to enjoy short walks, shuttle rides or a fairly affordable Lyft. Business meeting rooms were available, and there was a gym on site. Room and kitchen were clean. Maintenance was quick and accommodating(the washer and dryer had to be replaced). A little pricey ($230/night). The only access to my room was through a dark parking garage however. This felt very unsafe walking through especially late night in Vegas (safety is huge). Lastly the concierge and porter support lacked adequate staffing. I anticipate a location in the Atl!
The resort was very clean and the staff was great. The pool areas were setup good, were the kids had their own pool and the adults had their own also. Its a half mile off the strip, but close enough to all the major casinos. A good place to bring the family, were everyone can have a good time.
Im rating this place by its employees. I was here only for 30mins. Valet was courteous. So many employees it gave me the impression their guest are being taken care of.
Very nice resort. Spacious rooms. Onsite restaurant for fast food. Minutes from Las Vegas Blvd and the airport. Site did fill up on the weekend so I was unable to secure a members update meeting to get the rewards that Wyndam was offering members.
Great accommodations, activities for everyone within the resort. Once you stay at Wyndham Resorts you wont go to a regular hotel.
Amazing stay. Pool for adults only is worth it’s weight in gold if you are not traveling with kids of your own. Very relaxing.
The service was great all the staff was friendly and went out of the way to make your stay wonderful
Pros:We were in Tower 2 and had a Large 1 bedroom suite that had a W/D. Portable cribs were available and the pull out couch was actually comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there; even an ice maker. We had a great view of the pool. This may seem trivial, but the elevators were very fast and efficient. With 3 pool options and 1 be adults only we had a blast during Easter weekend. There are even lifeguards and a beach type entrance at the family pool at Tower 1.Cons:Only 1 tiki bar with a long line. They didn’t specifically require plastic swim diapers on kids and the pool had to close twice because of poop in the pool....for hours. It would be nice it that was a requirement.
Very beautiful resort type hotel has everything there that you could possibly need on a vacation. Has a great pool and a great hot tub. Everything right close to walking out your hotel the bottom of the elevators theres the pool they have an adult pool with a bar as well as a childrens pool seperate. Pretty cool, not to mention they have a game room lots of fun.
Very nice time share resort...Quality of goods was Excellent ..
Such a nice property. But, our room smelled the last renters were smokers. 😡
Decent resort and staff was nice however some of the things close way too early.
Customer service was very good pools were clean I really enjoy having an adult only pool
The adult pool was great. Staff was friendly and courteous. Our only complaint is that our room key had to be reactivated almost everyday! This was very annoying. You would get all the way to your room to have to go all the way back to the main area (we were in tower III). Would stay here again.
Will definitely be back. All staff had been helpful. Prices are beyond amazing, rooms are like little beautiful apartments.... fully furnished, with all cookware and silverware.
Great stay. A larger room would have been best for our party, but overall, the location, amenities and features were great.
Wow, we had a fabulous room, everything was super clean and all the employees were very nice, this place we will visit again, we were 7/days and still did not get to visit everything onside the Wyndham, I love it.
Long story short, please avoid this place at all costs. You may end up with a credit card you didnt sign up for and a contract they forged your signature on and then they will claim you actually signed. I left the presentation meeting and ended up with these things as my responsibility now. DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY ARE CROOKS PERIOD.
Room is nice, location is the disadvantage but it provides shuttle on hourly basis to north strip. Front desk strongly advertise a hotel introduction trip at check-in with a bunch of free goodies. Since it sounds suspicious I looked up online and found out it might be related to some saling trip. I mean I never ran into a front desk who will ask if youre under certain age and if youre single and then encourage guests to participate their introduction trip when checking in, it just sound fishy.
Our room is amazing. The view, the staff. I will definitely be back
Always a wonderful stay at the Grand desert location!!Only down side we had in the main building, was getting an elevator to our floor, a few times it took close to 10+ minutes ( due to covid restrictions, only 1 family per elevator was allowed) my wife and I take extra precautions because we have a 10 months old and my wife has an auto immune disorder. But besides that small detour, we love club Wyndham and all its amenitiesEspecially the bus ride back from Harrahs casino!! Life saver... dont forget your cool wristband key 😎 ask about it
Good location by the main strip. Great service and easy access to room and amenities. Be prepared to travel at least 1 mile to casinos but its honestly not that far. Definitely recommend
The resort is located in a great place near all attractions. Rooms and staff are great. Taking 1 star off although probably not resorts fault due to running across multiple folks ignoring mask requirement. I had to jump out of an elevator when 3 young adults thought was fine to join me without a mask on.
Very great experience. They have an in house store (expensive as always in vegas) and some in house restaurants if you dont feel like going out. (One in the lobby and one in the upstairs pool area) They have 2 pool sections one for adults and one for children, and they have excellent customer service. The room had a masters with a hot tub bath with 1 king sized bed, and a smaller bedroom with two queens. Full working stove, full sized fridge, and microwave with full set of dishes and eating utensils. Every room had a television. There is a living room and a small dining area that can seat 4-6.
If you ever consider attending any of those time share meetings, don’t do it. It was a waste of time, and a scam. One of the offers that were given to us related to a 2 night stay through “Grand Incentives” report their business as a fraudulent company taking money from people. So how can Wyndham make business with them and let them take people’s money? We got charged $50 to attend the timeshare event, which we’re supposed to be refundable, and now they have no records of it, when they kept all the receipts and info.Worst experience ever. Never will buy or stay in any their scam hotels. I wish I could give you no star.
Was great and people were really friendly. I would definitely book it again .
Loved the pool area. Very nice. I was visiting my out of town friends.
Everyone was super friendly, everything was very clean. We got there a day later than we expected so we added an additional night to our stay and the price was reasonable and well worth it. Within waking distance of the strip, which is great. We didnt get a room with a strip view maybe next time. We will be staying here again!
Awful place to stay, not the rooms, the staff. Specifically the head of security. Our group was at the pool in tower 3, my phone & husbands phone, and my husbands wallet were stolen right off the chair next to us, next to the jacuzzi. It’s Vegas. It happens. Except, the only person to walk by in the time frame things were stolen was the security guard. We went to report it, & were met with disrespect & distrust from all front lobby staff. Told we didn’t know what we were talking about, there weren’t cameras. No one could help or saw anything, the security guard denied walking by at first then admitted to it later.. his story made no sense every time he added to it, just all around an uneasy situation. Reading other reviews it seems this happens there a lot. I know we won’t get any of our stuff back, wouldn’t have the moment the security guard stole it. But just would like everyone to be careful staying here as it could happen to anyone. Sad people are so ruthless.
Clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. There is an adult pool with a tiny tiki bar, and next to the hotels cafe which is great. The condos were clean and even had washers and dryers in the room. Dishes and dish soap were also provided.Im taking a star away because it was advertised to be near the strip but it definitely is not on or behind the strip you will 100% spend on cabs/ ubers because you cant walk anywhere from there. And might not want to bc the neighborhood is a little shady by this location... especially at night.
As we arrived the front desk people was really nice to us animated and courteous, then they sent us to the timeshare people that was suppose to give us the bracelet keys to our room. We had to pass thru her filter... You know how that goes... All to getThe bracelet key, that we never used...As we enter the room, the smell of sewer was pretty noticeable. We filled the tub for a relaxing bath, to find innumerable hairs from everyplace of the human body floating in the water...BTW they charge you 85 DLS a day if you want the cleaning service to show up.Witch also made us think on where do the 85 DLS go if you pay for the room to be cleaned? We were in the room for 5 minutes, and the room was not really clean.Well, I was not to leave my vacation go down the drain, so I got a space deodorant and I proceeded to clean the tub of all those hairs in the tub and the shower. We also decided to not scheduled the cleaning service of 85 bucks since I was already doing the cleaning 🧹🧼.On the positive side, they have an Starbucks in one of the buildings. Also there are special chairs to hold people with disabilities in the pool, and the front desk people are really nice. They also have a convenience store in the premises and a restaurant.
Overall great experience. Property feels like a Vegas hotel. They did need some more cleaning in public areas. Broken chips were in the hallway for our entire stay.
