So thankful for highland wrecker, accidentally locked the keys in the truck and they responded so fast! Always helpful when I call them for anything.

We were stuck on the side of the highway. Steve was fast and helpful and his tow truck was immaculate. He also diagnosed our car problem (clogged air filter) and towed us to the automotive store. His help saved us a tremendous amount of time as we would have had to stay over the weekend before we could get help from a mechanic.

Ive been trying off and on for over a year to get Highlands Wrecker to program a new key FAB for my Dodge Dakota, the Secretary wont allow me to speak with Steve the owner I have to talk with the Son because hes the only one that can do the work, either the Secretary is not giving the son my many messages or he doesnt care about their customers I assume $25.00 they it would cost is not worth it to him. I wish someone else in Las Vegas would program key FAB. No in this review I did business with Highlands Wrecker I identified NO because Highlands Wrecker doesnt allow me to.

Best business in town always there if your in need

I would leave zero Stars if I could very rude mean uncaring. They could release my car to me with the paperwork I had but because I hurt when a gentlemans feelings he would not release my car. The officer even told him to release the car. With my ID. But because i was from Texas he wanted all this unnecessary paperwork. I love almost 3 hours away. He did not care that everything I owned was in my car. My ID my credit cards my purse and my phone. I had nothing . I even offered to pay his fee. But because i corrected him and made him mad because of his own mistake he would not release my car. I hope his family is never put in a situation like this and if they are I hope someone would help them get home. Unlike the people that wouldnt help me. ......Horrible place .......... Go else where if you can ....

Worst experience ever! Had my car get towed after being pulled over, I was there within 30 minutes to get it out of impound and no one was there with the authority to release my car.They kept my car for 2 days longer then they were supposed to. They charged me $50 more all because they refused to release it. I had to call the sheriff s office to have them call highlands to release my car. Oh and if you ask to see their policies good luck they dont have a copy all the policies are in the owners head. Ill never recommended Highlands Wreaker Service to anyone!

Our vehicle broke down in the middle of no where and the sun was already going down. Unable to call family for help because we live in Albuquerque. My husband & I were with our 3 children with are youngest child only 11 months old. We were stressed & panicked on what to do. We called up Highlands Tow truck services, we explained our situation and They arrived within 15 minutes and brought us to Las Vegas, New Mexico. The driver ( Ruben ) was awesome he drove us to oreilys auto parts and went above & beyond to help our family find the part we needed to get us back up & running. Ruben then left back to work only to come back to Oreilys in his personal vehicle about 10 minutes later to make sure we were going to be ok, Ruben waited with us while my husband finished fixing our vehicle. I don’t have the words to express how thankful & appreciative we are to this company & this awesome employee. THANKS AGAIN RUBEN !!I’m sorry but we were so stressed out at the time I hope that was your name.

Excellent company! Our new RV hit something in the middle of I-25. Did damage to the exhaust system. Steve and Jerod went above and beyond to tow us and find a repair place for us. They know how to be nice and take care of folks. We were highly appreciative.

Im sorry I didnt catch their names, but the driver and helper who came out to help us today were fantastic. They diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator, found us a mechanic who was open (Big O tire) and followed us there to make sure we were in good hands before they left.Thanks so much.

Highlands went the extra mile to be sure our conversion van was loaded and towed without damaging the vehicle after we had experienced two flat tires. They towed the vehicle twice, once to a hotel and once to the tire store. Both drivers were very careful with our van and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you much!

Very polite and professional driver who help me find a mechanic as well. Also very reasonably priced service.

The towing service was great, and our driver was awesome. We had to wait 2.5 hours for him to show up, but that was because it was a fierce blizzard. He told us that he actually saw us a few minutes after he got our work order and passed us with another car on his truck bed. We were cold, but safe and the highway patrol checked on us hourly until the truck showed up. Once he got to our location, he put me and my family in his very warm and very spacious truck cab and proceeded to pull our car from the embankment. This task took him 30 minutes in the freezing cold and driving snow, and he never once complained. He took us to a nice hotel and dropped our car at the garage. Oh, by the way, use their recommended garage, NOT Big O Tire (see my review for Big O tire – worse service EVER!). Thanks Highlands Wrecker for pulling us from the ditch!

I called them up to get a key made for a vehicle from the VIN they said they could and quoted me a price of 70.00 dollars ... having done this before by a dealer and only costing 17.00 dollars I called a dealer in taos and they quoted a price of 10.00 ... Im going to taos and I suggest looking around before using these people for anything ... I have dealt with them before and it was a similar experience ... I usually dont write bad reviews but these people deserve one ...

Separated tire on my 5th wheel trailer at 1:30 pm, many miles from anywhere. Called GoodSamTravel, they contacted Highland, Highland contacted me for directions and location. Took a while to get to me as they were pretty busy up and down I-25, but then, Heres Johnny. He looked at the situation, got right to work, had all of the proper tools, changed my exploded tire, and went to his next job.Many thanks to Highland, and to Johnny Vigil, for your excellent service.Nothing personal, but I hope we never meet again, but if we do, I look forward to it.
