Might have been better, but they were training a new parts person when I visited.

Cant pick up the phone when they do they put you on hold for hours

Was passing through had truck problems had to walk 2 miles to get there and a nice young lady working there was generous to give me a ride back thank you!! Customer service was excellent!!!

Top notch customer service! My truck was overheating as I was passing through Las Vegas, NM. I had to make some repairs in the parking lot in order to get it back on the road. Joseph was an enormous help to me as we searched to find the right parts. He also hooked me up with the loaner tools I needed to complete the job. Additionally, he came out and checked on me periodically to make sure things were going okay. I cant thank him enough! Absolutely awesome customer service!

So my car broke down 20 miles out of the city when I still needed 400 to get home luckily I was able to jimmy the problem and make it back to this auto zone in Las Vegas. I don’t really work on cars but I know my way around and I’m assuming the manger could tell so In 30 degree weather he was outside assisting me in the repair I have never been to an auto zone or any part store that had this kind of customer service these guys are awesome and I just wanted to say thank you once again!

I went to this place of business at the last minute because I really needed a charger for my phone on a long trip. I was sold a product that did not work it was broken by a female worker with a snotty attitude. She practically slammed the door in my face and wore a scowl on her face the whole time! Theyre only saving grace was the manager who gave excellent customer service in spite of everything but one person cant save the whole business …

Due to the pandemic no services are available in store. Asked for assistance and a short dwarf girl had attitude as if asking for the system check service was a stupid question. Never again will I shop in this store. If need be Ill travel out of town for automotive parts.
