Over charged us for a simple e-file, then didnt even e-file the return! 4 weeks later we call to check since its website didnt show it filed the old guy at the front was SO RUDE and told my husband to go somewhere else if he didnt like the service! No apology for his incompetence and absolutely NO follow through from the lady Jennifer that supposedly filed our taxes..worst $500 ever spent!!! Do NOT GO TO RAINBOW TAX SERVICE!!! Jennifer took our money but didnt complete the task. Insane! What a rip off!!! More like RAINBOW SCAM SERVICE!!
