I had appointment for 3:00pm today 8/10/2021. I got there in time. While coming in the only employee was clean the office that was quite messy. I explained her i was my first time getting a tattoo removal. She doesn’t give a good consultation she was like in a rush. She handle me a pair of eye cover that were really dirty. She numbed the area less than a minute and started the process. As soon she started i was in pain but all she told me it was to hold it. Again put ice for less than a minute. I haven’t being numb at all. She continued with the painful process without any concerns until she finished. So bad from me I didn’t read the reviews before getting the service. Awful reviews for this business. With this unprofessional service for sure that business is not going anywhere that closing for the bad customer service. Im a hairstylist i i know what customer service should be. I encourage you not to support this business and staff.

I just felt like it was super rushed there was only 1 woman and she looked like she ran everything as far as being the tech, the receptionist, & customer service? My appointment was at 3:00 for a tattoo laser removal & I was out by 3:10 .She barely gave me any time to ice pack to numb the area of the removal & there was other clients outside the room she knew she had to get to as well. Not sure if it just was a short staff that day but I just felt like my appointment was rushed & she didn’t really make me feel that comfortable but she was nice. Overall the place is also small in a corner of a plaza.

Booked appointment months in advance. Showed up and waited for 20 minutes and doors were locked - she was not there to provide service. Don’t waste your time.

I experienced the worst customer service from the new owner. Apparently her husband was a former owner and he remove my tattoo in two visits. With the new owner after four visits part of my tattoo still remained and I was told Im going to need to buy another set of four sessions. I refuse to pay any more money and I left a dissatisfied customer. It seems that the new owner is interested in getting more money out of her customers rather than rendering customer service satisfaction.

Hundreds of dollars and 8 sessions later and my tattoo looks the same as it did on day 1 😭

Ive been going to this office before the owner changed. I used to like it, although its 35 min away from home. The lady that owns the place now is very unprofessional. Yes I have done sessions before but since Im your new customer I expect for you to explain the prosecute and after care. I paid for 4 sessions but every time I came she would ask me how do I want to pay for the session. After my 3rd one I wasnt even asked when do I want to schedule the next one which made my decision easier to not go there ever again

After looking around ETLR was definitely the best price I could find. Went in for my 1st session and it was so fast! Very nice but the only thing is that it is very hard to contact the staff to set up an appointment. I called but no answer. I went in and they werent there. But other than not being able to schedule a second session, it was worth every penny!

The only place I go to. I travel from UTAH. Went to another guy before I came to Erased; $200 and one session later, barely any removal even after 6 weeks. $400 later and 2 sessions at erased, completely gone! Im really happy with my results. I wish I had a before, but heres my after

I researched tattoo removal and called around and felt the most comfortable with ELTR. Ive only been in for 1 session and was very happy with the cleanliness of the shop and the friendly environment. The tattoo Im getting removed is small, but I was surprised how quick it was. I also thought it would be painful and it wasnt! Also, Im very happy with the prices! Im counting down the days until my next session!

I paid for 4 sessions . Went for my forth session havent seen a difference so i was gonna go for my last time but the woman never showed up!!!! i got off work early to hold my appointment i waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed up nor did they text back or answered. Avoid this place!!

Im having a tattoo removed here. I looked around at other places for the last few years and glad I picked this place, clean, friendly, modern. Nice people. Virtually pain free - they really care about you and want to make sure youre as comfortable as possible. highly recommended them!

I like this place, it was very clean and the decor was very nice. This was my first treatment on this tattoo, but not first tattoo removal treatment, I have been to other laser removals in town and in Cali for another tattoo I have. They offered me numbing cream but I choose not to, but they did use cold air to numb you skin, so the pain wasnt bad- unlike some other places which use nothing. As far as pricing goes it was very reasonable, actually the best price I got. I am very happy I found this place. I will update with pics soon.

Their prices are very good and the procedure is pretty quick. Also, the guy who have done treatments on me are super nice and give me awesome tips. I recommend this place!

Bought a Groupon for four sessions for a 4x4 sq inch tattoo. My tattoo is 1x1 sq inch in size. The first session/appointment did give me a few doubts about the validity of this business. Example: I was told by the owner that I had to pay an “extra tax” fee of $7.00 on top of what I had already paid with Groupon. I was given a very brief explanation of the procedure. I did not sing any waivers at all (contrary to small print on Groupon description). When asked how long in between sessions I should wait, I was told to choose (“between 4-6 weeks).I went to the second session already regretting my purchase and when asked the owner how many sessions my 1x1 sq inch tattoo would need for removal she responded 6-8 sessions.I did not return, and do not recommend this place at all.The person that did my sessions was always in sweat pants and looked like she had just woken up.Tattoo is still the same in color and transparency than before I did both “sessions”.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. Ive gotten work done before elsewhere and I can honestly say theyre fantastic... Clean, honest, great pricing and very caring.

Definitely recommend Erased Laser Tattoo Removal. Amazing results on multiple tattoos!!!!!! After getting quotes from numerous places around town ELTR beat them all out. Office is Clean staff is friendly and more than willing to sit and answer any questions you have without making you feel rushed or as if they are just trying to sell you. No doubt best place in town and will not being going anywhere else.

Editing my review from a 5 to 1. I loved this place, but I had to stop going bc they couldnt keep track of how many sessions I payed for. I got 3 out 4 of my sessions and was told to pay again even though I had a receipt of my last payment. Totally sucks bc the tattoo removal was working great.

I have been coming here for 6 months now and after 3 treatments my tattoo is more then half way gone. There is absolutely no scarring, in photos I took with my friendthe tattoo cant even be seen. The process is a little painful but I wouldnt say any more pain then getting the tattoo done. The price they gave me was the best I found and fit my budget nicely. I would strongly recommend Erased to anyone that wants there tattoo removed.

Erased has been my only experience with tattoo removal and will stay that way. They were super kind and took the time to explain the process. And since I was worried about the pain they did a test spot so I can feel how it would be, and let me say, that with the chilling machine they have plus numbing cream, I felt almost nothing.

This is the best place to go for customer service and tattoo removal. I had a mixup with a Groupon and they honored the entire Groupon anyway. I have had 5 sessions and my tattoo is almost gone. Very happy with this place and will continue to go here for all my tattoo removal needs.

Fast and friendly staff.

The owner is very patient and helps you feel reassured/gives you realistic expectations based on his own personal tattoo removal experience. Ive had 6 sessions with him in the past year and Ive seen a big results without any discoloration. If you have black ink and light skin, consider yourself lucky. If youre like me with lots of color, and tanned skin, its going to be a long journey! Color is what causes discoloration/most scarring sadly! Im being patient with my tattoo, and the discoloration does go away with time. Limit sun exposure around your removal area. Black ink is the painful one, color is not bad at all. If you really want that ink off your body, consider it a lesson not to get something youll regret again from the pain! Lol. i got my removals every 2 months but will push it down to every 6 weeks to get more sessions in. Cant wait to get my ink off my body!
