During training it was lead by John who appeared very short tempered and stated several times he don’t like working with the staff. It was scary starting a new job and having heard this from the upper management. Later down the line non of the staff has no sense of direction when it comes to the work schedules. Communication is non existent with everyone in the company. If you reach out to upper management they get very defensive and upset and half of the time they refuse your call I will not call you back and if you’re persistent then they get upset and take you off the schedule. A horrible place to work for. John is rude and lacks professionalism.

If you have a caring heart, strong personality or a voice this job is not for you. The residential manager Bri is young and lacks in communication and being professional. Upper management is no better either. This company is all about word of mouth. Meaning if someone says you said something off top they believe the other person and accuse you instead of asking you. I think this company is a joke period having a 21 year old as a residential manager being as thats a big position and she hasnt had enough years of experience in life or the working field to obtain such a position and it shows though her communication and ignorance. Just all around a terrible company. No levels of respect. Favoritism is a key factor within the company. Training is poor. House managers lead by terrible example. If you are a person who stands for something this is not a company you want to work for. Biggest mistake ever. I will miss the clients but nobody else. If you choose to work here stay in your lane and dont trust anyone. They keep the snakes in the grass at this company.

Terrible company to work for. No communication at all and service coordinators and managers are never on the same page and whatever your clients do wrong staff gets in trouble because when you speak up it’s always oh it’s against their rights but then when they do something wrong it’s oh why didn’t staff do something g about it. Well because we always get told it’s against the clients rights. No benefits, no PTO no vacation. So you can work for this company years and because your “just staff” you don’t get paid vacation. They make you work on holidays and you don’t get holiday pay. Cut your hours and don’t tell you until the day before your shift is cut. I was warned about this company but didn’t listen. No pros at all just cons
