Have used this service the last two times in Las Vegas and have been extremely happy with this service. Staff is very friendly, delivery and pick-up always on time, reasonable pricing. Will be my go to people every time.

I rented a power wheelchair for my husband. We waited that did not show up. When I called they said they were all out and had refunded me. I checked my account. They DID not refund me. I am still fighting to get my money back. Stay away. Dishonest

We left a poor review because they cancelled our scooter without notice and said we gave them the wrong number yet when we asked them to repeat the number it was in fact the correct one with no missed calls.After leaving the review, they called us and threatened us to take down the review, that was the owner of the location. He found it appropriate and professional to look up the personal information of the person who left the review (and CALL THE NUMBER THEY SAID THAT WASN’T CORRECT) and when we picked up, we continued to be yelled at and patronized for being honest in our review.We ended up using RedOne scooters and they were very kind, fast, and above all, professional.

Sometimes in our busy lives we forget to make time to thank the small businesses that make our lives better, the ones that go the extra mile to ensure there customers are fully satisfied. This is one that warrants my free time to praise Yellow Scooter and its staff.I rented and prepaid for a scooter at yellow scooter prior to covid in 2019 in advance of a vacation that ended up being canceled due to covid.Now nearly 2 years after my original transaction, I realized I never got around to requesting a refund and honestly assumed id just lose my $120 by waiting so long. In a long shot attempt I explained the situation to yellow scooter and they fully honored my $120 credit and they even extended my rental at the pre covid pricing for my current 2 week vacation in August/ September 2021.They brought my scooter to the Rio and will be picking it up when my rental ends. Its really a very simple process to enjoy the comforts of a scooter during your stay. Cutting miles off your daily commute around your hotel is priceless.Thank you yellow scooter for making sure I was a happy satisfied customer, when honestly, we both know you didnt have to honor a 2 year old credit or refund request. Ill be renting from you anytime I vacation in vegas and will send friends!5 star service!!

We rented the Gogo scooter for my mother- in-law. The scooter was a life saver and an excellent choice. But Yellow Scooter Las Vegas is who I want to Brag on or at least the two different drivers I had deliver and pick-up the scooter. EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE and I say again EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE. Our plane was late so I Called to change our delivery time no problem. It took much longer than I thought it would to get out of the air port, get our rental car and get to our hotel. Called and asked to change drop off time again no problem. The scooter I reserved was to big to fit in the rental car so the driver volunteered to take it back and get a smaller one, not only that we told him we were going to eat downtown and he delivered it to where we were eating.
