Let me say Crystal is the best!!! She wants to make sure you are happy and her service is over the top in my opinion!!We had a bad experience on a duece bus and I reached out to her and she was right there for us, I will always get my scooter from Crystal when I visit Vegas she made my moms trip the best!!!

CC scooter rentals, their representative Crystal was very accommodating for our last minute, must have reservation - our scooter was delivered to our hotel within 20 mins of confirming our reservation. !!Price was comparable and the scooter was like new with a fully charged battery.!Clean, easy to drive and very fast.! Great for the elderly and those with limited mobility. Best Day Ever! Absolutely worth the cost and price was reasonable. Super friendly happy service and delivery and pick up was right on time. Highly recommend this company. Note for future travelers try to get a room on 1st floor if you can when elevators are packed it can be a challenge to get scooter in and out. Cc scooter was so kind and waited patiently while we got down for pick up. I recommend coming down 10-15 mins before your scheduled pick up time. We really had so much fun!

Cc scooters save my vacation. I tried walking day 1 of my trip and almost died quite literally in that heat. I have a bad back and bad knee. I called Cc scooters next day and she delivered to my hotel within an hour and the rest of it was history 🙃 I was able to do way more than I expected to do in Vegas. Literally the best experience we’ve had in Vegas!!!! She was so amazing and the scooters was sooooo fun!!! My wife was pregnant so we needed to get around without her walking to much and when I tell you these were LIFE SAVERS!!! CC was extremely nice and completely professional. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! When me and my party got to Vegas I knew I wanted a scooter . Every place I called were out. I actually got referred to CC scooter by another scooter company lol . Upon calling she was very nice and friendly and the 4 scooters that I requested were at my hotel within an hour. I would definitely recommend CC scooters for a full Vegas experience. Yes, you can ride them in your hotel and take them to your room whenever. Must rent a scooter again. Its better to get around then driving and trying to find a park in space. I will do again not Expensive and you can have it for 24 hours. Love it 💘

CC Scooter Rental is great! I found them by seeing another couple laughing and cruising down the Las Vegas Strip. The carts were clean, fast, and have durable tires to trek through the different terrains on the strip (cobblestones, etc.)I also liked the green color of the cart...Real chill at night and the color of Money! Cc Rentals were very professional. She brings the scooter to your drop off of choice, and also pick up at your choice of drop off. Very reasonable price for 24hrs. Will refer and also use again when I return.

I just wanted to start off by saying thank you soo much to the professional and sweet lady who helped me on such short notice . Im completely grateful that she was able to make a mobility scooter available for my mom ( who suffers from really bad back and leg arthritis) I couldnt find anyone besides her with such reasonable prices and felxible avilability ! Thanks to her, my mom was able to fully enjoy our 3 day stay in las vegas! When we come back im not only booking for my mom but also for me 😂

First night in Vegas and it was already getting late and I was in desperate need of a scooter. Nobody was able to help me and someone had suggested CCs Scooter Rentals. Now even though she was already in the process of closing for the day, CC still made an acceptance for me and delivered 2 scooters to accommodate me and my family. The next day I needed to return one and keep the other and CC made it so convenient and was lenient with me that she was willing to meet me at any safe location for the return! What a humble and sweet soul this lady has. I will definitely use CCs rentals again and I 100% recommend! She showed real care and love for her customers and I appreciate that so much!
