Staff is friendly and location is so new and clean. We are very happy that we choose to office at Regus-Gramercy

This used to be a really great place. But when the pandemic began, things just got worse and worse. Incorrect invoices. Double billing. Lousy service or no service at all. They just dont care anymore.

The offices share a plenum space above the ceiling. The noise from one office is easily heard in the next. Also, when finishing your contract, make sure you watch Reguss billing very carefully as well as search out how to request your deposit back from them. They will purposely try to bill your for things like business continuity fees that you probably do not need and they will try to hold your deposit as long as possible. I am sure that is just part of their business plan. I will never use Regus again.

Our Corporate office has been here for over 2 years and we are so happy. The Receptionists, Kara and Vanessa, are so gracious and helpful and although we answer our own phones they do a great job with that service (if you need it.) The shared kitchen is perfect for us and always stocked with coffee/tea options and clean, the meeting room has all the latest technology options, the underground parking is a life saver this time of the year and the location is perfect for us office ladies. Thanks Regus Gramercy!

I was skeptical about signing a lease with Regus because of the Negative reviews I saw online. Thankfully my experience at this Regus office has been nothing but great. The manager David Do took exceptional care of us! He was accommodating and genuinely good people. Each of our concerns were taken into consideration before we signed our lease. He treated our business with a great deal of care as if it were his own. Cant forget about about the girls up front! Both very friendly and personable as well. They even went the extra mile to stock up my favorite candy each friday. Chocolate! Never had any issues here. The offices here still smell new! I would definitely recommend. If it was not for David and his staff we would not have rented here. Thanks.

I had to go for a Drs exam here, the staff were helpful and friendly, the Dr. was though, and it was clean and everything was neat and tidy. It is fairly easy to get to, and you can see it from the road, but you have to check the suite number.

The staff is amazing! Very friendly and they are always willing to assist you in anyway they can.They carry themselves professionally at all times. My stylist kept clipping clipping clipping. I was getting really nervous, however in the end she was a master at her craft. It may not be located in the best section of town however they very good at what they do they are welcoming and theyre very busy, so they must be that good!!

I was overcharged for kitchen amenities even after NOT having anyone report to the office for 3 months before terminating space. I need space again BUT will NOT use Regus because they dont want to help make the charges correct.
