DO NOT give any money to the LV Review Journal! They will take your money and you wont ever see a newspaper no matter how many times you call. I spoke with the so-called Manager, James who TOLD me that the paper HAS BEEN delivered to my home everyday even though I canceled the service on 5/5/21. He then told me that I never called even though I have my cell records to prove it. After speaking with James, supposedly the only Customer Service Supervisor, he said that he cant do anything and that they WOULD NOT refund me my prepaid subscription even though I have not received a newspaper since 5/3/21.
My latest experience with the Review Journal was learning about the Best of Las Vegas publications and contest. Each year this highly recognized survey is conducted and the public chooses the best businesses in the area and you can use their guide (online and in print) to search for the best, most trusted business in Southern Nevada. Three cheers to the Review Journal for such a great tool.
I cancelled digital subscription in August, 2020. Access to digital subscription ended immediately.HOWEVER, $8.99 monthly fee continued like clockwork...EVERY month thru January 2021.Ive sent endless emails, Ive wasted endless hours on hold.
Great publication. Fair and middle of the road.Home delivery available for many other news and business publications.
As a 17yr subscriber Im totally disappointed with rj customers service also delivery issues continue without any solution insight. 3 calls to customers service this morning 20+ minutes on hold each time & I still havent spoken to a representative. I have never been so dissatisfied with my RJ. Living on social security I dont use internet & its impossible to login to myE paper .. Please RJ man your Phone people on fixed income cant afford internet services Thats why we subscribe to yall. Thanks
Google Maps sent me to the incorrect location. The address I was given on Stewart is actually the address for Zappos, downtown! In actuality, the location turned out to be at 1111 W. Bonanza Rd./MLK Blvd. On the Southside of Bonanza.Once you turn into the driveway, drive past the security shack and continue straight towards the back of the lot. The building is on your left and if you park at this location youll be slime. At the front door.Once inside, its a beautiful environment with more than adequate help available. I was in and out in approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
