First rental at eaglerider Las Vegas ... I was sold the help I got from Sean made the process so smooth and fast and I was out the door. I am now a member and will back this location and recommend it to all my friends wanting to ride.

I spent a week in Vegas and the street 500 was the best money I spent for the entire trip. I had so much fun I dont even know where to begin. The bike rode so great I am seriously considering buying one soon. I cant imagine not doing this on any vacation I ever take again. I turned in my bike at the last possible minute because I didnt want to get off it.

How can you not rent it? went in and Sean? (rentals manager) made sure we were taken care of. he explained that we could pay 300 for the day for bikes or for 360 we could rent bikes all year long (4-12 times depends on which bike u get). HOW COULD U NOT SIGN UP. not only did he educate us on the rentals but he made sure we got the same bikes we had at home. even though he really didnt have to he trusted us to get them back before teh store opened. when i tell you this is what customer service is supposed to be im cant emphazise how grateful we were. now im planning my next vacation cause i have a year worth of motorycling to do now.WILL BE BACK YOU NEED TO STOP IN!!!!!!!oh and he made sure to put us on an incredible route (out of vegas to hoover/lake mead then through the statepark on a private road to valley of fire national park, leave the park and 30 min back to vegas, pics dont do it justice.) SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY EVERYTIME

Great service from the guys at Eaglerider at Las Vegas Harley Davidson. The bike I reserved was ready on time, and in perfect working condition. The sign in process was quick, and they even included a helmet. They gave me great advice on my route, and even recommended an area to ride that I had not thought of. What an awesome ride up to Red Rocks Canyon, up through Valley of Fire, and down to Hoover Dam. Made it all in one day. I will definitely rent again from them next time in Vegas. It was also a great way to test ride a different model from the one I own.

Smooth rental process, the bike was clean, fueled up, and in perfect working condition. Sean helped us get all set up and did an amazing job explaining the insurance and rules of the road. Will 100% be back to rent again!!!

I rented a Harley from Eaglerider. The website booking, online check-in and walk-through is all super good.When you arrive you can borrow a free helmet and they have free luggage storage.Earlier I also booked a guided tour with Eaglerider which I just as well orchestrated as the self drive options.

Sean was able to fit us in on short notice, and even upgraded our rentals. Definitely will be back. If you would have told me for less than $1/day, I could be renting bikes while on vacation several times a year, I would have been a member years ago.

We rented 2 bikes the other day. It was the best idea we had on the whole vacation. The gentleman at the rental desk was so nice, super accommodating and took care of us! He is the reason we will be going back next time!

Great place to rent a bike when you are in Vegas this was my second rental this spring and as usual they were outstanding. Easy to rent from, bike in great shape friendly staff that was knowledgeable.

Even when we had a flat tire at night about 80 miles from Las Vegas, he took great care of us, keeping in communication during his off hours and helping coordinating our repair. I reserved a Harley from Eagle Rider in Las Vegas. When we got there a young lady behind, LeAnn, the counter helped us with the rental. She explained all the details and asked if we had any questions. Since she explained everything I did not. She got us on our way very quickly. She directed us into the back of the building where our Harley was ready and waiting for us. The mechanics went over every function on the bike and sent us on our way. When we returned a week later I got the same service from her. So next time your in Las Vegas and rent a bike from Eagle Rider ask for LeAnn. You will have a great experience. We did.

Horrible company. Cancelled my 2 reservations due to Covid 3 days AFTER running the full amount beyond the deposit but still a full month prior to the rental date.They obviously knew they were gong to cancel despite running the full amount.When I called them to tell them I was OK with them holding the deposit money until the Covid crisis lifts but that it was unreasonable to keep the full amount for both rental they refused my offer and didnt refund anything.I got my credit card company to refund the balance for both rental but Im still fighting to get the deposits back too. Eaglerider actually lied to them and said we didnt show up for the rental even though it was them who cancelled.This company will hopefully go out of business as karma for how they are treating people.

Great experience! Beautiful Nevada, California and Arizona landscape. The two days were ideal for riding and we had blast! The only issue we had was not having GPS on the bike. I guess in actuality not really a horrible issue to have, however, it’s a feature they should offer. The EagleRider person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local attractions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have fun off the beaten path.

Excellent service from pick up to drop off. It was my 1st time taking out a Harley-Davidson so having knowledgable staff at hand to help out was very helpful. A full hand over and explanation of the bike was given and everything was in fantastic condition including the helmets and help planning my route was also appreciated. Will definitely be back again.

An extremely helpful staff that outfitted me with a helmet and jacket (all included). Incredibly scenic routes mapped out and of course the fully equipped Harley-Davidson Street Glide. EagleRider made the day on the bike the best day of my vacation. I’ve rented from them before and will definitely rent from them again.

Waited 15 minutes in line at rental counter on returning bike only to find out that wasn’t necessary. No signs indicating this anywhere in rental entrance or lobby. Just a heads up for first timers. Everything else was great and very nice customer service.

We rented 4 bikes for ten days @ Las Vegas Harley, for the most case we didnt have any problems, one bike the check engine light was on for two days, we had a knock in two others engine when starting in the morning for the 1st time. I did get a flat tire, had to pay $494.00 for the tire and $140.00 for the tow . I didnt get the extra insurance due to the additional cost, so Eaglerider got a brand new tire on a bike that needed a rear tire already, no credit for me for the betterment to them when I asked, they just said no, I didnt purchase the insurance so I was on my own. A little consideration would have been nice seeing that we rented 4 bikes for ten days.

I reserved an Electra glide one day and a street glide for the other day. Both bikes looked and ran great. Talk to Allan Sappington. He suggested rides and good places to stop. Was very helpful.

Over all Customer service was bad. Only the manager and one girl was good. The bike that we got was very beat up, the engine felt like it was never maintained and it even leak oil from the filter wich ruin my pants and my boot. Not mentioning the smell of burn oil. Clutch felt like it needs attention. Helmets were extremely old and beat up and the answer to that was they are rentals, but if you want we can sell you a new ones. Luckily we have a Harley-Davidson because with this kind of experience we would be considering buying another motorcycle brand.

Did a 7 day rental from Las Vegas to South Dakota. the insurance requirements were not very clear. after taking my $1800 plus cost of rental before I even picked up the bike, they informed me at pick up that i needed to pay an additional $23 a day for additional insurance or pay a $5000 deposit. being that im from Michigan and was picking up a bike in Las Vegas to fly home from south Dakota 6 days later didnt have much of a choice. total rip off. absolutely unwilling to work with me at all even though I had my own motorcycle insurance. the bike was trash, had to switch bikes because the first one was running real rough, new bike was trashed, had been dropped and had a unbalanced front tire. never again will i use this service. wish i could do no star review.

While I was walking around I stop by to look at the motorcycles they have. They have plenty and they all look good.

We had an exceptional day on the rental motorcycles. Our trip included the Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, and Lake Mead. After this day, I plan to be back to Eagle Rider as often as possible, and back to Vegas next spring for another opening ride, as it is much warmer here now in April than back in Ohio. If you ride motorcycles, dont hesitate to join Eagle Riders club, and enjoy the benefits of having a motorcycle to ride wherever your travels may take you.8/15/2020 - An update to this review, as I have just had my first experience with EagleRider corporate. With the onset of COVID-19, all of the EagleRider locations near me are closed until at least April of next year. As an accommodation. EagleRider is only willing to pause my membership for 3 months. Not great customer service, and asaresult. I am altering my opinion of their membership. I wouldnt recommend them at all at this point - stear clear, as they are obviously only out to take your money, regardless of the global pandemic.

While not my first time renting a Harley this was my first time with EagleRider. I would not hesitate to do it again.

Server wanted $100 more than the advertised rental quote i got the day previous. Quote I got was $260 inc liability insurance, damage waiver, peak season surcharges, and state taxes etc.Then claimed the $100 extra they wanted was for the same stuff.It’s the second time I’ve lost out to an Eaglerider rental location. There won’t be a third.Let me add that server here was polite enough, but just didn’t follow thru with the quote.

They tried to charge my American Express $5000 for a deposit that no one told me about I own 2 motorcycles with full coverage so I refused there insurance but in the end it was a $5000 deposit or there insurance so what started as a one day rental of $ 139 ended up being $250 will never use again or recommend to anyone!!!

What an adventure!! Renting 2 motorcycles for the day, my colleague punctures his rear wheel after 1 hour on the road, luckily for us, we were in a small town, but without a tire repairer. On our 1st call, the assistance did not trigger anything. The assistance worked after many explanations at the Harley dealership.

We have reserved 2 motorcycles from Germany including a motorcycle guarantee which costs $ 40. A few days before the start of the trip the news of one of the motorcycles would not be there and I would like to choose another one. Of course, there would be a discount for the inconvenience. On arrival in Las Vegas we were informed by very unfriendly employees that none of the reserved (with a motorcycle guarantee) motorcycles were available. Nobody wanted to know anything about a discount and we were laughed at because now we have to see which motorcycle we could take because we are both not big. I got a motorcycle that was too big, so I got a big burn on my leg. The maintenance of the machines leaves a lot to be desired !! Im still waiting today (8 months) for the excess money from motorcycle insurance. 2 employees promised to help me and that was it. Werder Somebody feels responsible by phone or email. Therefore, I warn against renting from Eagle Rider. Therefore there is no recommendation from me! Never again EagleRider.
