If I could give them a 10 star I would, they have always been very helpful with whatever I have needed. I have rented a box there since 2005 when it was the first owner. Since then it has had several owners and they have all been great. I love this mail center.

Price and good service

I rented a uhaul truck from this place from 6pm to next day at 6pm I got behind schedule and contacted them to let them know that I was going to drop off the truck 1 hour late, the lady that answer the phone said dont worry just drop it off and drop the key into the drop off box since they close at 6 and they didnt need the truck until the next day there will not be any extra charge for it the truck will be parked all night anyways...Well guess what? I got charged for an extra day after the lady told me I was not going to be charge for an extra day! definitely this was the last time I use uhaul, I will NOT recommend uhaul to anyone...

First the Van I rented was half hour late than I got charged extra miles when round trip to my dads is 21 miles if that she said I drove 43 miles and chared me extra... business here is not professional..

New owners great service

Worst experience I’ve ever had after being a repeat customer for Uhaul rental trucks. I asked to speak to manager to dispute charges and was directed to customer service which was nice but they said I would get a call within 24-48 hours from a regional Manager which was over a week ago and just today I got the call. When talking to him he was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. He was saying I was making insinuations for asking questions. Super odd considering his position. We returned the truck early (didn’t expect to get money back for that which we didn’t) and put gas back and cleaned the truck. I have never requested insurance in all the years I’ve rented from them either. This time I had charges for insurance and gas that I supposedly took a picture of at an angle to “pretend I filled it right” and I was being charged for insurance and the fees remained. When talking to customer service they said it happens a lot when you park on a slope or even a small hill yet he never mentioned that just to get out of refunding my fee.There have been times when we over fill the truck on gas and never been refunded but this time being overly charged for rude and disrespectful charges is ridiculous. This place is a rip off. Avoid them if possible. The Regional manager is the biggest joke of all.

Be careful buying home goods from here. All items is used selling it new.he does not offer warranty or refund.

Selecting a Moving and Packing service provider was like throwing darts blind folded. I am truly greatful that I have selected Mail Plus for Shipping and moving services. By far the best experience ever. Thank you Vic for your kindness and help. This company has given the best experience so far with their responsive approach to all our Uhaul and shipping needs. Price was also very important but this store has affordable solutions as well. Vic is knowledgeable and kind. Thanks To Mail Plus and to Vic for your honesty and integrity. I feel there is a lot of personal care from this place definitely would recommend Mail Plus for residential and commercial Moves and shipping.

So I rented a uhaul truck from this place for 9:30-3:30. I expected to be back in time, but we were moving a client so we never really know how long its going to take. We ended up having to take the doors off of a fridge and disassemble a treadmill because they wouldnt fit through the door. We had to put both piece back together on the other end as well, all or which took time. I also dont carry my phone on me when moving clients so I didnt know exactly what time it was. We ended up getting done at 4 and as soon as we did I rushed back to return it. The owner confronted me at the gas pump, mind you, this was the 3rd time I had to put gas in this truck. When I picked it up it was completely empty because someone siphoned all the gas out of the truck the night before. I put in gas before going to the clients house and the needle didnt even move, I put more in after leaving their first house and it shot up to 1/4 from empty. So I imagine the gas gauge doesnt even work. I then had to put more in before returning it and thats when the owner came to confront me since the gas station is in the same gas station. I explained that I didnt have my phone on my and didnt know what time it was. He just kept telling me about how the other client was mad and left and he got a warning from uhaul. I understand that I was not back on time, but moving does not always go as planned and I couldnt just drive off on my client and leave them hanging with a fridge without doors. I take responsibility for being late, but the way the owner handled the situation just wasnt very friendly or considerate at all. Will not be renting from here again.

If I could put no stars I would. They are an authorized Fed Ex drop off location, and yet I dropped off a package friday afternoon and tuesday afternoon, the day it was supposed to arrive, i learned the package hadnt even left the store yet. And Victor Step the owner, instead of apologizing or refunding me, called me names and said it wasnt his job to call fed ex. They hadnt shown up yet and he didnt call to say theres packages here.This place is a joke. I filed a complaint with Fed Ex, but if this is his normal business practice he will be out of business before long.Go somewhere else for uhauls and shipping.

Rude. Disrespectful. Thru computer mouse in anger towards me after raising price of p.o. box with out notification....... Ive kept a box here for a decade and 4 different owners he is the most negative owner with obvious bias and snobby remarks ...... I was 5 days late on a 10 bill and he threatened to withhold my mail . Ive never felt so degraded as a woman before in my whole life. ...... DONT DO BUSINESS HERE....... UHAULS OR P.O. BOXES.....

Horrible, Rude and the place looks like a dump. Make sure you get a receipt with anything you ship from here, including prepaid drop offs. Matter of fact dont even waste your time with this place, find another location to do your mailing.
