Maria was really great. The whole staff was very helpful and attentive the moment my Fiance & I walked through the door. Maria was my alterations professional. She listened to what I wanted. She understood my concerns and was open to the idea of what I wanted. She really listened & I felt heard.Maria brought some beautiful options to my attention, which actually SAVED me money instead of costing me more. I felt beautiful every step of the way & it was a wonderful experience. I couldnt have asked for better customer service & I am certainly very appreciative.The hem was raised so I could walk without falling on my face going up the aisle, a bustle was created to preserve the train while dancing, and the lace bolero was added to the top of dress while preserving the integrity of my sweetheart neckline. My concerns that I shared with Maria: the size of my arms and my tattoos (although I love my ink) I didnt want them to take away from the aesthetic of my wedding day. I wanted to feel confident, beautiful and comfortable for my big day & Marie helped me achieve that. I am so grateful!

Big shout out to Hajiyeh! I ordered my dress from a designer online and it didnt fit. So Hajiyeh and her alterations team made it fit like a glove. There were 2 sessions done on the dress. The second session took an hour. While that hour went on I got to try on dresses with Helen to experience that element of dress shopping that I missed out on. Thank you both for taking such good care of me!

Started out a little rough… 3 ladies at front asked what we were looking for….My daughter responded, looking for a homecoming dress. They said if you find something please let us know. When we did it didn’t seem like any of them wanted to help a mom with her three daughter 17 to 4 year old. The manager had to tell them that we needed help… We ultimately got Helen, a very helpful, sweet associate that had just finished with another customer. I am very thankful that Helen was able to turn around my first impression. We put a dress on hold and truly thinking about going back to look at prom dresses and requesting Helen!!

My entire bridal shopping experience has been amazing. First off I found the most gorgeous dress in clearance and got a killer deal!I came in for my alterations of the dress and was informed that because the dress was couture they would have to remove the entire outer, extremely detailed, lacing of the dress- perform the alterations- then sew everything back on by hand...I picked up my dress last Friday and it was seriously perfect. It’s been a very easy, seamless experience getting my bridesmaid dress here! I ordered my dress and it came earlier than expected, got it altered, and just picked up the dress today and it fit perfectly! Now I can’t wait til the wedding to wear my dress!

This is literally my first review I’ve ever typed lol and I am only doing it because of these two amazing ladies Ashelie and Jamoun have been such a blessing! They have both helped in tremendous ways! Ashlie saved the day by helping me exchange my dress to get the dream dress that I fell inlove with she showed such compassion for her work and her clients I honestly felt so welcomed and treated so well that I stopped going to the David’s bridal on Henderson and made sure to book all my appointments with Ashile at the Sahara one. She has helped me from point A to B getting all my girls dresses and making sure each one gets the proper fitting and dress. They have both put up with me since March lol and I can honestly say with a full heart that they have made getting married 1000% easier and less stressful. I Really loved my experience with Davids Bridal my Dress was a Vera Wang and they made sure it was ready in time me Vanessa was very helpful and very professional.

The check-in was pleasant for the appointment I made just a couple days before. I was assigned staff member Yolanda, who located the dress and escorted me to the fitting room and that was that. Was my expectations so high to think that she would assist with zipping the dress or make suggestions. I ended up taking a picture of myself to view the dress later on and left immediately. What is the point of an appointment if the associate is not going to be there to assist?

Just had my dress altered and everything went so smoothly. Jasmine was incredible; she was professional, personable and communicated exactly what was needed and why. I felt really comfortable with the whole process. The gals that checked me in were very inviting. My entire experience thus far, from buying my dress to altering it, has been really easy and enjoyable because of how great the staff as been!

Fantastic visit with Davids Bridal Las Vegas! Consultant Helen then Maria in Alterations won the day!! We came in already having a wedding dress from Minnesota and my Beautiful Bride to be was not in love with it. The team at the W Sahara location are wonderful. Ive been here for a not only my wedding shopping and alterations, but for being a bridesmaid at a friends. They are friendly, answer all questions with patience, and all around make you feel welcome. They get excited right along with you and it just adds to the overall experience. Reyna was pleasant and took good care of me. The representative that was assigned to my bridal party did not acknowledge me when I told her she is over my wedding party. I would expect her to tell me I will get someone to help you but she did not say a word to me. She turned to another rep and said are you gonna help her. This is a moment that is special for everyone who is in the store. Make them feel special!!!

I’ve had the best experience! Taylor was so nice and she picked the perfect dress for me! I just told her what I was looking for and she did a perfect job on picking the right one for me! I had my first alterations appointment with Rosa. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She acknowledged all of our concerns and made sure we were satisfied with what she was doing. I appreciated that she offered different options to see what I would like best with my dress, and she didn’t try to charge more than necessary. I was very comfortable during my appointment and am confident that the results will be wonderful!

The staff at this location did an amazing job. In my first visit here, Ema helped me find my bridal dress and it was an exciting experience. However, i heard she moved out of town which was sad for my second visit. In my second visit, I was helped by Jen and Reyna they helped me and my girlfriends find the perfect bridesmaid dresses. They were patient and understanding with the entire process. I had 5 bridesmaid and they each helped us find the perfect dress for each person. They even laid out the dates when the individual dresses will arrive prior to the wedding date. I love this location and I will definitely recommend this place. Look for Jen and Reyna.

Yolanda at the West Sahara location in Las Vegas was a Godsend. She helped me find a Bridesmaid dress in 1 hour on short notice, for a wedding the day of! She brought me 5 options and I loved them all. I wear plus size 22 and she was able to accommodate me! She made the experience fun and quick!

I found my perfect dress and it was honestly all thanks to Melissa! Last week she helped my bridesmaids find their dresses and this week she found mine! I tried on a few dress and told her what I loved about each one. Somehow she found a dress with all the details of the other dresses I liked, rolled into one! Amazing experience and everyone was super nice. It made me even more excited about my upcoming wedding day!

Alex was amazing helping me find the dress of my dreams. I was really all over the place with styles and ideas and she listened and let me do my thing. Once I found a style I liked, she selected similar styles that I hadn’t seen yet. I came in with five of my bridesmaids and they were selecting dresses for me as well and Alex listened to all of them. This was a wonderful experience for all of us. She also helped my bridesmaids with their dresses and helped my mom with her dress as well. Once I chose my dress, I was able to say a prayer for my marriage before ringing the bell. I’m so excited for my wedding and I’m grateful for Alex and the entire team!

The alterations ladies were phenomenal! I had a non David’s Bridal bridesmaid dress to take in and Maria fitted it to me like a glove. I was seriously concerned about having a wardrobe malfunction with the original dress but it is perfect now. I don’t usually like strapless because I am small on top with bony shoulders and have never yet had a strapless dress where I didn’t feel the need to constantly hike it up (including my own wedding dress). But this dress fits perfectly now! I’m supremely impressed with their sewing skills. I can do basic sewing but this is beyond my skill. But I know enough to recognize what a beautiful job they did.And everyone from the ladies up front who greeted me to the alterations staff were kind and considerate and accommodating at every turn. They even allowed me to pick up my dress early and not on a usual pickup day to work with my travel schedule.

My teenage daughter and I went there just to look for shoes for homecoming. Right when we stepped in we were greeted with a warm, friendly Hello. We didnt spend very long there but staff was very friendly and the place was nice, clean, and spacious. 🙂

I absolutely loved the energy in this store. Right when I walked in the two young ladies I believe are erica and mireya were so nice and grounded. I was paired with Helen for my appointment and she was so helpful. I came into this appointment not knowing what I wanted but walked out with the dress of my dreams. So I purchased my dress for Davids Bridal and I came in last Saturday for my final fitting because when I had the sleeves fitted before, they made them too short and they were bothering me. I was helped by Jasmin who pretty much made me feel horrible about not realizing that the sleeves were too short when I came to pick up my dress after having it altered and so I had to pay again for them to fix their mistake. I explained to her that when I picked up the dress I only tried it on for a min because they were really busy and I didnt feel comfortable with so many people, so I took it home and tried it on again and then realized the sleeves were bothering me. Jasmin didnt apologize or anything, her response was I wasnt here that day so all I can do is fix it but you have to pay again. She completely dismissed me and I felt horrible. She also had an attitude the whole time like she didnt want to be at work or something which made it even worse. I wish I had gone somewhere else to get my dress altered, Im sure they would have done a better job and I wouldnt have had to pay as much, Im also sure I wouldnt have been treated in such a bad way. Very disappointing.

I am so grateful for the ladies at David’s bridal on Sahara! I came to most of my appointment alone since my family is not local and the consultants Jenny and Vanessa made sure I have the best experience and don’t miss out on anything. They took photos of me, let me take a video of his to pin the dress so I don’t struggle on my big day. Rosa from alterations was amazing and so patient with me when discussing alterations. When I arrived I missed a few minor detail and Celia from alterations fixed them on the spot!! I will post a photo of their incredible work after my big day! Don’t sleep on this bridal salon they will take great care of you and make you feel like the bride you deserve to be!

I had a great experience with the alterations department! Jasmine helped me during my consultation and created the PERFECT bustle for my ballgown. Literally feels like a work of art! When I went to pick up my dress, I was helped by Vanessa and she was so patient and great at explaining the steps for my mom. We feel very confident in our ability to replicate the look and the pricing is very clear and fair!

I recently visited Davids Bridal to purchase a dress for my upcoming wedding. My bridal consultant, Ashlie, met me at the door and was so very helpful throughout the entire process. I brought a couple friends with me to help me on my decision and she was patient, kind, and very good at managing all of their personalities while encouraging me to enjoy the process. I came to this store because even though I had a dress in mind (which I ended up buying) I wanted to have a variety of options. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

I went to look at wedding dresses with my mom and friends. We had a wonderful experience with Taelor. She was super sweet and helped me find an amazing dress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She really made my experience fun and relaxing. She even spent extra time with me and never made me feel rushed.

I went to David’s Bridal yesterday to try on dresses for the first time. I had no expectations of getting a dress, just trying some on to get ideas. Emma was my stylist and she was so patient with me and my family (we had a crazy, screaming 2 year old who would not sit still). I ended up trying on a dress that I loved and ended up getting it! My experience was made so much better because of Emma. She listened to me and really focused on getting me dresses that I would like. We even ended up picking the same dress so I knew she was really understanding my style. She didn’t push me into anything and didn’t get upset when I didn’t like something. She could see my ideas changing as I tried on dresses and she would bring dresses as my tastes changed throughout the appointment. She was truly a dream and I cannot recommend her more.

Alexis was awesome… I came in last minute for a party dress and she was able to find me and my daughter a dress in no time even with all my requests.. she was very up beat and happy and made our experience by far the most fun I have shopping for a dress.. Thank you for making us look great!!!!

The young ladies in the alterations area were great Hertis and Jasmine both paid personal attention to make certain my dress was perfect. I was so excited when I left my fitting I told them both I would share photos after my big day. This is such an important day in a women’s life it means so much to have friendly and energetic people helping you out. The customer service was supreme.

Wow, I am so pleased with my experience! It was later in the evening when I went in for my appointment to try on dresses but Miranda, Taylor, Erica and Jessica had the same energy as they would have if their work day had just begun. I told Miranda my budget, she showed be a bunch of options to try on and was super sweet and encouraging the whole time. I ended up finding the perfect dress for my courthouse wedding, I literally love it so much! When we have our formal wedding next spring, Ill definitely be back to see them again! I went for bridesmaids dress. Im the matron of honor. Channelle C. was absolutely fantastic. Our appt. was @6p and we didnt leave until 8p. There was 5 of us. She was so down to earth and helped immensely. Even though they didnt have the dress I wanted I did end up ordering another dress. She was hilarious. Highly recommend this location. I went there previously as I was the bride and was getting my bridesmaids dresses and had an equal experience then as I did now. Hopefully my last friend will get married and I can go again lol.

Ashley Hitler was amazing! We came right when the store opened and she was very attentive to our needs. While managing multiple customers she was quick to check on us while being a very delightful associate throughout our entire experience. She helped me find at least 3 dresses that suited my needs. Store: hit or miss. I came here for my gown and had a 5/5 experience. My appointment went perfect and I found my dress. However I came with my friend and it was entirely too busy, they were clearly overbooked and our attendant was stressed and a little rude. We had to share our viewing area with 2 other brides. 0/5 stars for that visit. My only advice is to try to book your appointment on an off day for a better experience.Alterations: 4/5. The communication needs improvement. I received a text message advising me I missed my alterations appointment. Oops! But I think a more effective use of their text tool would have been a reminder text of my appointment so that I didn’t miss it in the first place. While it is ultimately my responsibility to remember my appointment, if they are going to text me, I think it makes more sense to do a reminder. Brides have a lot of appointments and calls they have to schedule. It can be hectic. I think this could be a much better customer experience with that tweak.

My experience here was everything! With Covid, planning a wedding had been a challenge to say the least. In a last minute decision, we decided to get married the day after Christmas. I asked the chapel for recommendations where to buy a wedding dress and they suggested David’s Bridal. I googled the closet one and made an appt for that morning. To my relief they had openings! Once there Melissa helped me -immensely. I did NOT expect to find a dress that I would love - bcz of it being last minute. I was happy to settle with good enough lol. She actually suggested the dress that I ended up with. She was helpful in her suggestion for accessories, shoes... I mean I needed everything. And to my good fortune that store had it all. But thats not all, when it came time to check out, Melissa made sure I downloaded the DB app so that I could get any discounts available. I cannot thank her and DB enough for making my day truly an enjoyable one.PS. I cant begin to tell you how many compliments I received on my dress. While at the store, from the valet, to family members on Zoom. Even while we were walking around at the casino random women walked up to me and complimented me!

Said yes to the dress here, and I am SO incredibly happy! I came in really only planning to look and try on, I honestly didn’t think I would find a dress to my liking, much less to be BETTER than what I thought I wanted! My stylist Helen was so sweet and encouraging, I don’t think my experience would have felt so easy without her kind and comforting guidance. I’m terrible with names but even the manager and the woman in charge of alterations both spoke to me with such genuine care, the whole team really made me feel supported from start to finish. My friend and I went here today to buy a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding! Ashlie was an AMAZING and tremendous help to my friend. She was knowledgeable about everything in stock and very friendly with helping pick a dress that was the appropriate size and made the customer happy!

My husband went in with his two friends, one of which was the groom, to get fitted for suits for an upcoming wedding. The groom had made an appointment for the three of them, which on the website says you can make one appointment for up to 10 people. Upon arriving the woman that was in charge of their appointment insisted they needed a different appointment for each of them. After arguing with my husband about it the woman admitted that she had another appointment scheduled. She begrudgingly measured them, most likely inaccurately because she barely took any time with them, and then when my husband asked what was next, she told them to just go online and said again that she had another appointment. They left and went to Men’s wear house instead. Extremely unprofessional. Will be discouraging anyone from using them in the future.

Reminding me that it’s my day and to pick what I would like, not what everyone else liked. When I decided on the dress they scheduled me a few days later for my alterations. My dress looks so beautiful and fits me perfectly! Thank you to Hejiyeh who did my alternations! My dress needed to be hand sewed because of all the layers and the kind of fabric/material. I had an amazing fitting for my wedding dress and my daughters dress! The staff is absolutely amazing but jasmine truly made all the difference along with Maria! They both have given me great advice on some alterations and ease my worry of certain parts of my dress! When I say I’m excited to see sept come I can’t wait! Thank you all so much

I went to David’s Bridal to purchase my wedding dress and at the beginning it was hard to find one that I liked,I was actually going to another store to try find something that I would like,but Chloe,very inspired brought me a dress tem times bigger than my size, I wasnt excited because it wasnt the style of the dress I was looking for, but man, as soon she pinched (a lot) the dress on my body I said yes right there, you know when you find the perfect one? That was me, Thank you for your inspiration on my perfect dress! And Maria, the seamstress that made it even perfect, I owe you a picture!

I was visiting Las Vegas with a bride, as the wedding is in Las Vegas in a few months. We had gone to another Davids Bridal closer to home and were less than pleased with our experience. When we came to this store, we had the total attention of our consultant Helen. She was amazing and we had a great experience at this location. If I could give Helen more than 5 stars, I would!

I had an amazing experience here at DB. I went with my cousin and we both had an amazing time. I didnt know what to expect or that I would even find anything. I had Jenny, who was the assistant who helped me find my dress!! She is absolutely the best company if you have a sense of humor or are not so up tight (no offense to anyone). The manager and staff I came across were so wonderful and made me feel so good in my searching process. I would definitely recommend Davids Bridal. Thank you DB for an awesome experience!!

Ashlie was so much help and you could tell she genuinely loves her job. I’m so glad she was my stylist for my vow renewal dress. She was relatable and understood what I wanted and needed. Definitely would love seeing her again but she helped me find my dress already!!

Went with a friend to her appointment. It was her first time trying on dresses. Everyone was wonderful. Even the attendants not working directly with us were delightful but ASHLIE was fantastic. She was helpful, she knew exactly what questions to ask and exactly which accessories to bring out. And she had great advice for what to think about moving forward. Wonderful experience. Okay, so I came into David’s Bridal a week before my dad wedding in need of two gowns. I was helped by in awesome woman that I nicknamed YoYo. She was able to find me both a bridesmaid dress and a reception gown and might add she made me feel really confident in my choices. I showed her styles and she got right on it multitasking. Her spirit is dope and she gets the yes to the dress☺️ So if you’re in town looking for dresses for events as such, stop and ask for Ms. Yolanda.

Maria in Alterations was a dream come true!!! She truly made my wedding dress perfect for me…any little concern I had she and made changes. Don’t know what I would’ve done without her. I’m so glad with my decision.

First time I went in everyone was super nice.But then I went to pick up my dress EVERYONE was so rude. Especially the alterations lady I was asking questions. She did not care to help me.

I found my dress in one visit with the help of Jenny, who is an awesome person! I felt so comfortable with her, she made the experience wonderful and spent a lot of time with me, with no pressure. Justin also gave feedback even though he wasnt working with me, which I really appreciated. Everyone was great and there are so many beautiful dresses as well as all the accessories. Theres no need to go anywhere else!

My alterations cost almost as much as my dress. Had I known this ahead of time, I would,d have gone elsewhere.

The alterations department was amazing. I didnt think I could love my dress any more than I already did. After a while of pinning and making sure everything was just how it should be, they pinned up the most beautiful bustle I have ever seen! I was a little anxious because I knew my dress had a ton of layers and the bustle was pretty intense, so I was expecting the cost to be much more than it ended up being.
