Telepacific communications one of the worst ISPs I have ever dealt with.....Beware do not sign any contracts with them you will be in misery trying to get out of it even after its been expired. Then they charged us a fee to disconnect each phone line which is illegal but not worth bringing them to small claims court over. Very crappy service. In the end just a reseller of other companies bandwidth. Go to the source cut out the middlemen save your self $$$ and hassle
