I love the maid service. The 3 women who cleaned my 1450 ft² condo were very professional and very good at what they do. My complaint is in the pricing. My initial estimate took quite a while and I understand why because the price was so high it was exorbitant IMO, realizing everything is relative. You would have thought that I had a 5000 ft² home. But then I was able to do an hourly rate which was still steep, but more doable. Having said that I was happy with the way my place looked and they did a very good job.

We have employed several housekeeping services over the years. We’ve used Merry Maids of Las Vegas for over six years. We recommend them highly and without reservation. Their employees are always punctual and unfailingly friendly - but most importantly, are the best cleaners on the planet. Ive enjoyed being a client for this Merry Maids branch for at least fifteen years. They are wonderfully efficient, caring, professional, and amiable folks, with their staff very, very well trained. My two homes the Merry Maids have maintained are semi-complex challenges, with very large collections of books, instruments and sound gear, some antiques, Oriental rugs, like that, and Merry Maids have been consistently excellent on all fronts, keeping the house in pristine condition. I especially like their rotating deep-cleaning rooms procedure and their communicative efforts.

They are new in my house so they are learning how we like things. It is just my husband and me and we never have the 2 extra bedrooms cleaned except occasionally and my house really never get dirty. But they do an excellent job. Merry Maids is the best cleaning business in town!

My family has been using Merry Maids for over 9 years and are completely - and happily - satisfied with their services. Our home is nearly 4,000 sf so there’s a lot to accomplish but the staff is efficient and thorough and leaves the house immaculate when they’ve finished. Our stove is usually a disaster by our cleaning date (they clean once a month) but when they’re finished with it, our stove sparkles. In fact I usually plan my messy stovetop cooking a couple of days prior to our scheduled cleaning because I know I won’t have to clean it!There have been numerous occasions when we’ve had to reschedule our standing appointment and every time, without exception, they have accommodated us and made sure that at least one of the cleaning staff is familiar with our home and knows all of our specific requirements. And let’s talk about the employees: everyone from the office down to the cleaning staff is professional, courteous, and honest, all traits one hopes for in those that are allowed access to our home and lives. All in all, a company I am happy with and pleased to recommend to all.

Terrible cleaning company. Today is the third time they came to clean my house and the third time I have called to complain. Was told by Cordell the manager they would do better the next time but thats all they could do regardless of the fact they failed to meet the obligations of the contract the first three times. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. You would be better off to hire immigrants.

Weve used this service a number of times and we have been pleased each time.

We are moving and have a decent home in a decent neighborhood. The lady that came by to give us an estimate was very nice and on time but must of thought we were rich or stupid...we are nether. We had an other estimate the day before that came in at around $150 so we were looking for prices in that ballpark. Most of our home is packed and moved. We had the inside painted less then a week before and a quarter of its blocked of because of new flooring. The cleaning square footage is roughly 1500 square feet and her estimate was crazy!! She wanted over $400 for the first clean and $200 for biweekly cleaning! We thought this was outrageous and wanted to let other people know so they dont get ripped off. Thanks for reading and hope this helps out someone.

Horrible service. We just got into a house and wanted to have it cleaned before we moved in, so it was completely empty. I just wanted to have more of the deep things done like light switches, baseboards, windows and kitchen nothing else. When they came out and quoted us they said that they could do all of it and that they would send the crew. They were here for 4-5 hours and when we got back the house looked like nothing had been done. Light switches had been missed the baseboards not done kitchen still looked dirty. I was not impressed at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY or go with a different company!
