Sugaring was truly an eye opening experience. I love the location. Id never been to the suites before. Ms. Miller was punctual, in tune with any concerns I had as a 1st timer & very knowledgeable. She is plus size friendly yall because yall know I havent missed a meal. She really hooked a sista up. As much of a wimp as I am she was right that Id surely appreciate her services the following day. Shes right. Thanks, Mrs. Miller for introducing me to something new.

Contrary to previous reviews. I have been a client of this business and Tori personally for year and I have never had great high quality experience and customer service. I was recommended by work of mouth by multiple people. We hit it off immediately and she has had my trust ever since. I had never sugar waxed before but I am not bee to waxing. Since I been waxing (started at 18 I’m in my late twenties now) I have never had fabulous results. I am also a woman of color so finding options that work for me are slim and this was my best decision and investment yet! She takes care of me, my skin, my areas with care. There is not bias or any in professionalism especially when it comes to RACE. She makes sure I feel confident and beautiful from the time I book my appointment until I leave and still after that she makes sure her clients are doing what needs to be done to keep that feeling and see that consistent results. This facility is knowledgeable, they know what they are doing and they products are pure and healthy. I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Please note she never has an attitude and even if you do she will change your whole day and mentality around. Book not now BUT RIGHT NOW.

So I was looking for a sugar waxing around Summerlin area and I pretty much found Tori from Yelp! When I set up the appointment I had some questions through the messaging on Yelp, and she was very responsive and helpful. When I had my first apt with her (also my first Brazilian wax) she was very informative and talked me through everything that made me very comfortable. I honestly could say it was a great experience, so I followed her to her new spot on Maryland. Tori is not that friendly. Since that was my first experience she didn’t make me feel welcomed! Maybe because I am a black women she treated me differently who knows! Her quality of work was alright when I looked in the mirror I still had some left over hairs she didn’t get all of the hairs . Honestly I was late the first time and I was willing to pay a extra fee that was not the problem. Her policy is very harsh and that will cause people not wanting to book with her because of her unrealistic expectations.However once I rebooked with her she declined my appointment then blocked my number from texting her. That was very unprofessional.

After getting both waxed and sugared at Bombshell Beauty Lounge for over a year, I was finding that my appointments seemed a lot more rushed and were honestly becoming a lot more painful.One of my friends recommended I gave Tori a shot. I looked up Tori’s shop on Yelp and read a review that said she changed someone’s life. (Couldn’t help but laugh thinking that was dramatic but tried her out nonetheless.)Well Tori changed MY life! HA! But seriously. My whole experience of sugaring was changed after going to Sugar Me Clean. I experienced such little pain with Tori at my first appointment that I was laying there thinking- “this girl isn’t pulling any hairs out. This is going to be bad.” hahaha. Not only that but she was done in about 20 min so I was a nervous wreck when she held the mirror up for me to see. When she did, my jaw literally dropped. I was flawlessly smooth, had no redness, and not the tiniest hair in sight. Right then I knew I was never going back to Bombshell.Tori changed the entire experience of getting a Brazilian for me. I drive about 45 minutes from Henderson to Summerlin to see her each time and it’s so worth it.
