This company is horrible. We were wrongfully charged a fee, and once we rectified it, Jen Kubiak still pretended she didnt understand the situation. We tried to call and she yelled over our voices, we asked for a manager and she said no one is higher than her in the office. So we asked for the owners information and she wouldnt give it to us. We have spent countless hours that didnt need to be spent, to solve a simple problem that shouldve been taken care of in a matter of minutes
