You really have to love quality, able body employees, who after being asked to move from the handicapped parking spot to a standard parking space (which was 30ft from this space!) they refuse saying this space is closer to the building and to mind my business.This was just taken at 9350 S Cimarron Rd, Building #8 of Mountain Trails Apartments.Customer service at its finest people.And YES, this is the same company, look at the phone number listed and the phone number on the truck door.

Kids in the commercial vehicle. cop say I can only report it if I catch him speeding and also dropping off the kids just the very concerned parent but I could catch up to them say(( safety is my goal)) them doesnt know what that means

I have used Certified Fire Protection for about 21 years now and they have always been prompt, professional and courteous. I believe them to be the best in the business. Krystal is always on top of her game and so organized! They have helped me out in a pinch, and they are very knowledgeable. Today I had the misfortune of experiencing a fire on my property, which thankfully did not spread and lead to a large fire. Fast acting residents, vendors who were on site and employees were able to extinguish the blaze just as the fire department arrived. In all, 16 fire extinguishers were used. I contacted Certified Fire immediately for assistance, and Kelly had Christian on site within an hour to recharge all the extinguishers, get the glass back up, and walk the buildings where the extinguishers were taken, or may have been taken, to insure that our residents had extinguishers back in place before we left for the evening. Now thats service and that is why we use Certified Fire! Thank you to Doug and his team for always taking care of us, especially now at a time like this when it matters most! :)

Took my Halon fire extinguisher in to Certified today to get it recharged because the needle on the pressure gauge was just about out of the green. They told me the extinguisher was in excellent condition and all it needed was a little nitrogen to bring the pressure up. They could have charge me just about anything and I wouldnt have known, but they charge me nothing. Its nice to deal with people who are not only friendly, but honest. I highly recommend Certified Fire Protection.

How amazing it was when Certified Fire who mostly does service calls away from their facility called a service tech in to re-charge my extinguisher, and not oly that charged me only $31 when everyone else charges $65 service call plus $35 re-charge and certification. They were so nice...
